국문 초록

본고의 목적은 메타버스 학습에서 기능적 요인과 대학생 학습자의 충성도간에 학습자의 만족도가 미치는 매개효과에 대해 알아보고 그 교육적인 의미를 도출하는데 있다. 통계분석에 사용된 패키지는 IBM SPSS STATISTICS VERSION 24와 AMOS 24고, 연구 개념의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해서 상관분석을실시하였고, 구조모형 분석(SEM)과 부스트랩 분석을 통해 매개효과의 유의성을 알아보았다. 연구결과, 첫째, 메타버스를 활용한 교육적 기능은 학습자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 메타버스 학습 학습자 만족도는 학습자 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 메타버스 학습에서 교육적 기능이 학습자의 충성도에 미치는 영향에 대해 학습자의 만족도가 매개효과가있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 메타버스 영어 학습 설계 시 학습자의 만족도를 가져오기 위해 사용자의인터페이스와 부분 통제 기능 등 교육적 기능 요소가 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 또한 메타버스 학습의 만족도는 메타버스 영어 학습의 교육적 기능과 학습자의 충성도에 매개효과를 가져왔음을 알 수있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to understand The purpose of this research is to identify the medium effect of English learners’ satisfaction between functional factors and leaners loyalty in the use of metaverse. IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24 and AMOS 24 were used as a package for statistical analysis, in order to identify the correlation of research concepts, structural model analysis and boost-strap analysis was conducted to identify the medium effect of juveniles. First, the functional facors of metaverse was analyzed to influence the user satisfaction. Second, learner satisfaction of metaverse learning was analyzed to positively influence the user loyalty. Third, learner satisfaction was analyzed to have a medium effect for the influence of users’ interface and partial control function on loyalty of metaverse learning users. In addition, it was analyzed how convenient system as a functional factor including users’ interface and partial control function needed to be provided to improve learner satisfaction when designing metaverse English learning. In addition, such learning satisfaction turned out to make a medium effect between the functional factors and learners’ loyalty on metaverse English learning.
