지능정보화 사회의 특수교사 수업 역량에 대한 인식과 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

목적 지능정보화 사회에서 요구되는 수업 역량에 대한 특수교사의 인식과 교육요구도를 분석하고, 향후 특수교사에게 요구되는 수업 역량을 강화하기 위한 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 방법 선행 문헌 분석을 통해 4개의 역량군과 각 역량군의 영역에 포함되는 하위 30개의 문항을 구성한 후, 총 135명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 특수 교사의 인식을 분석하였다. 그리고, Borich의 요구도 분석, 초점 소재 모델 분석을 통해 교육요구도를 분석하였다. 결과 수업과 관련한 기초 지식, 수업 설계, 수업 운영, 수업 평가의 모든 영역에서 실행도와 중요도의 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 몇 가지 영역에서는 특수교사의 배경변인별로 유의미한 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 특수교사 수업 역량에서 가장 우선적으로 요구되고 개발되어야 할 역량의 요소는,‘도전행동 중재’, ‘학생과의 상호작용’, ‘다양한 평가기법 및 도구 활용’ 등 이었다. 결론 지능정보화 사회에서 특수교사의 수업 역량 강화를 위해 현장의 요구를 반영한 실제적 수업 설계, 최신 테크놀로지 활용 수업 운영에 대한 맞춤형 교육과 교육환경의 디지털 전환을 고려한 체계적인 지원이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to analyze special education teachers' perceptions and educational needs regarding the instructional competency required in the intelligent information society, and to explore ways to strengthen the instructional competencies needed for the future. Methods Through a literature review, four competency domains and 30 sub-items were developed. A survey was conducted with 135 special education teachers to analyze their perceptions, followed by Borich's needs assessment and the Locus for Focus model analysis to identify educational needs. Results Significant differences were found between the importance and performance of competencies in all areas, including basic knowledge, lesson design, lesson execution, and lesson evaluation. Some differences were also observed based on background variables of the teachers. The most prioritized and needed competencies were “behavioral intervention,” “interaction with students,” and “use of various assessment methods and tools. Conclusions To enhance the instructional competencies of special education teachers in the intelligent information society, it is essential to provide tailored training that reflects practical lesson design, incorporates the use of the latest educational technologies, and considers the digital transformation of the educational environment.
