국문 초록

목적 대학 재학 중 진로발달과 진로준비는 대학생의 주요 관심사이며 필수적 과정이므로, 이를 위해 대학생의 진로준비행동과 인지, 환경, 행동 요인과의 관계와 진로준비행동 증진을 위한 대학의 교육지원과 효율적 교육 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 대학생의 학습역량과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 대학생활적응과 진로탐색행동의 순차적 매개효과를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 부산광역시 소재 대학생 281명을 대상으로 학습역량, 대학생활적응, 진로탐색행동, 진로준비행동 척도를 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS와 Macro PROCESS 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도 검증, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석, 매개효과 검증을 위한 부트스트래핑을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 대학생의 학습역량, 대학생활적응, 진로탐색행동, 진로준비행동 간에는 유의미한 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 대학생의 학습역량과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 대학생활적응과 진로탐색행동의 순차적 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 대학생의 진로준비행동 향상을 위해서는 대학 시기 학습역량의 개발 및 축적을 통해 대학생활적응을 발전시키고, 이어서 진로탐색행동을 증진시키는 과정이 중요함을 시사한다. 대학생의 실제적 진로준비행동의 이행을 위해 학습역량과 환경적, 행동적 측면의 단계적, 통합적 지원이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives Career development and career preparation during university are major concerns and essential processes for undergraduate students. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationship between university students' career preparation behavior and factors such as cognition, environment, and behavior. With this study, the author proposes educational support from universities and effective educational strategies to enhance career preparation behavior. The study analyzes the sequential mediating effects of adjustment to college and career exploration behavior in the relationship between learning competence and career preparation behavior among university students. Methods A survey was conducted with 281 university students in Busan, using scales measuring learning competence, adjustment to college, career exploration behavior, and career preparation behavior. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and Macro PROCESS for reliability testing, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and bootstrapping to verify the mediating effects. Results First, significant correlations were found among learning competence, adjustment to college, career exploration behavior, and career preparation behavior. Second, the sequential mediating effects of adjustment to college and career exploration behavior were significant in the relationship between learning competence and career preparation behavior. Conclusions The findings of this study suggest that to enhance university students' career preparation behavior, it is important to develop and accumulate learning competence during the college years, which fosters better adjustment to college and promotes career exploration behavior. Step-by-step and integrated support in learning competence, environmental, and behavioral aspects is necessary to implement students' career preparation behavior effectively.
