카데바 실습에 참여한 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식 영향 요인

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 카데바 실습에 참여한 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식, 공감능력 및 직업가치관의 관계를 확인하고, 생명의료윤리의식에 미치는 영향 요인을 확인하기 위해 실시되었다. 방법 본 연구는 서술적 상관관계 연구로 자료수집은 J 지역 대학 카데바 실습에 참여한 간호대학생을 대상으로 2024년 6월 1일부터 10일까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 실시하였으며, 총 121명의 학생으로부터 수집된 자료가 분석에 활용되었다. 자료는 SPSS Win 25.0을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’ test, Pearson correlation, Hierarchial regression analysis을 활용하였다. 결과 카데바 실습에 참여한 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식과 공감능력(r=.29, p=.002) 및 직업가치관(r=.22, p=.039)은 정적인 상관관계가 있으며, 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 가족과 친지 죽음 경험(β=-.27, p=.002)과 공감능력(β=.23, p=.014)이 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식에 유의한 영향 요인이었고, 생명의료윤리의식을 14% 설명하였다(F=7.06, p=<.001). 결론 카데바 실습에 참여한 간호대학생의 공감능력은 생명의료윤리의식에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 확인하였다. 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식을 향상시키기 위해서는 공감능력을 고려한 교육프로그램을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to confirm the relationship between consciousness of biomedical ethics, empathy, and occupational values of nursing students who participated in cadaver practice, and to identify factors influencing consciousness of biomedical ethics. Methods This study was a cross-sectional descriptive research study, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire from June 1 to 10, 2024, targeting nursing students who participated in cadaver practice at a local university in J, a total of 121 students. Data collected from was used for analysis. Data were analyzed using SPSS Win 25.0, and descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Pearson correlation, and hierarchial regression analysis were used. Results There was a positive correlation between the consciousness of biomedical ethics, empathy (r=.29, p=.002), and occupational values (r=.22, p=.039) of nursing students who participated in cadaver practice, with multiple As a result of regression analysis, the experience of death of family and relatives (β=-.27, p=.002) and empathy (β=.23, p=.014) were significant influencing factors on nursing students' consciousness of biomedical ethics, and biomedical ethics Ethical awareness was explained by 14%(F=7.06, p=<.001). Conclusions It was confirmed that the empathy of nursing students who participated in cadaver practice was a factor that influenced their awareness of biomedical ethics. In order to improve the consciousness of biomedical ethics of nursing students, it is necessary to develop and apply an educational program that considers empathy.
