인구교육을 위한 메모로 프로젝트 수업 설계 모형 개발

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 학교 현장에서 인구교육을 효과적으로 실천할 수 있는 구체적인 교육 방법을 제안하고자 메모로 프로젝트 수업 설계 모형을 개발하고 이를 타당화하는 데에 있다. 방법 메모로 프로젝트 수업의 구성요소를 바탕으로 메모로 프로젝트 수업 설계 모형을 구안하였으며, 구안된 모형은 전문가 검토를 통해 1차 수정 및 보완되었다. 수정된 모형을 바탕으로 실제 수업에 적용하는 현장 타당화 과정을 거쳤으며, 현장 반응을 토대로 모형을 수정 및 보완 과정을 거쳐 최종 메모로 프로젝트 수업 설계 모형을 개발하였다. 결과 메모로 프로젝트 수업 설계 모형은 사전 분석, 수업 설계, 수업 준비, 수업 실행, 수업 평가 및 분석의 단계로 이루어지며, 수업 설계에서의 수업 단계는 기억 수집 계획, 기억 수집 연습, 기억 수집하기, 기억 공유하기로 구성되어 있다. 메모로 프로젝트 수업 설계 모형을 바탕으로 진행된 수업은 학생들에게 세대 간 이해를 증진시키고 수업 내용 이해에 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 어르신들에게는 긍정적인 경험을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 메모로 프로젝트 수업 설계 모형은 학교 현장에서 인구교육을 실천할 수 있는 구체적 방법을 제안하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 학교뿐만 아니라 사회 전체에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 효과적인 인구교육 방법이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a concrete educational method for effectively implementing population education in schools by designing the Memoro Project instructional design Model. Methods The instructional design model was developed based on the components of the Memoro Project. The initial model was revised through expert review. The revised model was further refined through field validation, leading to the development of the final Memoro Project Instructional Design Model. Results Instructional design model of the Memoro project consists of the stages of pre-analysis, design, preparation, execution, and evaluation. The stages in the design are comprised of memory collection planning, memory collection practice, memory collecting, and memory sharing. This instructional design model were found to enhance intergenerational understanding among students and aid in comprehending the lesson content. Additionally, it provided a positive experience for the elderly. Conclusions Instructional design model of the Memoro project is significant in that it proposes a concrete method for implementing population education in schools. Moreover, it is an effective population education method that can have a positive impact not only on schools but also on society as a whole.
