체육전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 무경계진로태도가 진로탄력성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 체육전공 대학생의 전공만족도와 무경계진로태도가 진로탄력성에 미치는 영향을 규명하여, 체육전공 대학생들의 취업을 촉진하는 대책을 제시하고, 체육전공 대학생들의 취업 지도에 필요한 기초자료를 제공에 있다. 방법 대구⋅경북 소재 3개 대학의 체육전공 대학생 450명을 선정하여 편의추출법을 사용해 표본을 추출하여 연구대상으로 427부의 설문지를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 Window SPSS Ver 22.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석과 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 첫째, 체육전공 대학생들이 지각하는 전공만족도와 무경계진로태도, 진로탄력성간에는 긍정적, 부정적 상관관계가 성립하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 체육전공 대학생들이 지각하는 전공만족도에서는 긍정적으로 전공불만족에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 체육전공 대학생들이 지각하는 무경계진로태도는 진로탄력성의 하위요인들에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 체육전공 대학생들의 전공만족도와 무경계진로태도에 대한 수준을 높일 수 있다면 이로 인해 체육전공 대학생들의 취업을 촉진하는데 필요한 진로탄력성이 높아 질 수 있다고 판단되며, 지도자들이 체육전공 대학생들의 취업 지도에 있어 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of major satisfaction and boundary-less career attitude of college students majoring in physical education on career elasticity, suggest measures to promote employment of college students majoring in physical education, and provide basic data necessary for employment guidance for college students majoring in physical education. It is in Methods 450 students from the sports departments of three universities located in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province were selected and sampled using the convenience extraction method, and 427 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Descriptive statistical analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the Windows SPSS Ver 22.0 statistical program. Results First, positive and negative correlations were found between the major satisfaction perceived by college students majoring in physical education, their boundaryless career attitude, and career elasticity. Second, it was found that college students majoring in physical education had a positive effect on perceived major satisfaction and a negative effect on major dissatisfaction. Third, the borderless career attitude perceived by college students majoring in physical education was found to have a positive effect on the sub-factors of career elasticity. Conclusions If we can increase the level of major satisfaction and boundary-less career attitude of college students majoring in physical education, it is believed that this can increase the career elasticity necessary to promote employment of college students majoring in physical education, and it can be useful for leaders in guiding college students majoring in physical education toward employment.
