한국어판 간호대학생의 자기주도학습 준비도 도구의 타당도 및 신뢰도 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 한국어판 간호대학생의 자기주도학습 준비도 도구(Self-directed learning readiness scale)의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증을 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 방법 번안과 역번역 과정을 거쳐 한국어판 간호대학생의 자기주도학습 준비도 도구(K-SDLRSNE)를 구성하였다. 대상자는 B, G 광역시에 소재한 간호대학생 371명을 편의 표출하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS Statistics 26.0과 AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 본 도구는 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 구성타당도를 확인하였고, 내적 일관성 신뢰도를 통해 신뢰도를 확보하였다. 결과 연구 결과 5개의 요인(자기관리, 학습 전반에 대한 책임, 학습열의, 호기심, 자기통제), 24문항으로 최종 분류되었다. 5개의 하위요인은 확인적 요인분석에 의해 타당성이 입증되었으며(CFI=.88, GFI=.86, IFI=.88, RMSEA=.07), 신뢰도는 Cronbach's α= .92, 설명력은 61.81%이었다. 결론 K-SDLRSNE는 내용타당도, 구성타당도, 수렴 및 판별 타당도와 내적 일관성 신뢰도가 검증되어 국내에서 간호대학생의 자기주도학습 준비도를 측정할 수 있는 도구로 적용 가능함을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 도구는 한국 간호대학생들의 자기주도학습 준비도를 측정하는데 적합한 도구가 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to verify the validity and reliability of the self-directed learning readiness scale of Korean language for nursing educations. Methods Through translation and back-translation processes, the K-SDLRSNE was constructed. The subjects randomly represented 371 nursing students located in B and G metropolitan cities, and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. SPSS Statistics 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 programs were used for data analysis. This tool confirmed the construct validity through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and secured reliability through internal consistency reliability. Results As a result of the study, five factors (self-management, responsibility for learning in general, learning enthusiasm, curiosity, self-control), and 24 questions were finally classified. Five sub-factors were validated by confirmatory factor analysis (CFI=.88, GFI=.86, IFI=.88, RMSEA=.07), the reliability was Cronbach's α=.92 and the explanatory power was 61.81%. Conclusions K-SDLRSNE confirmed that content validity, composition validity, convergence and discriminant validity, and internal consistency reliability were verified and applied as a tool to closely measure nursing students' self-directed learning readiness in Korea. Therefore, this tool could be an appropriate tool for measuring the self-directed learning readiness of Korean nursing students.
