간호대학생의 전공만족도와 조직사회화, 팀워크가 전문직사회화에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 간호대학생의 전공만족도와 조직사회화, 팀워크가 전문직사회화에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 방법 자료수집은 2023년 12월 01일부터 12월 10일까지 G시에 간호대학생 188명을 대상으로 하였고, 설문에 응답한 자료를 서술적 분석, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, 위계적 다중회귀분석(Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis)을 이용하여 분석 하였다. 결과 본 연구결과, 전공만족도는 5점 만점에 4.14점, 조직사회화은 5점 만점에 4.14점, 팀워크는 5점 만점에 3.80점, 전문직사회화는 3.96점이 나왔다. 전문직사회화는 전공만족도(r=.686, p<.001), 조직사회화(r=.727, p<.001), 팀워크(r=.448, p<.001)와 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 임상실습에 대한 만족도(β=.287, p<.001), 간호학과 전공에 대한 만족도(β=.171, p<.05), 대인관계(β=.293, p<.001)는 전문직사회화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 전공만족도(β=.183, p<.05)와 조직사회화(β=.502, p<.001)가 전문직사회화에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 67.1%의 설명력을 나타냈다(F=23.383, p<.001). 즉, 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 조직사회화가 높을수록 전문직사회화는 높아진다고 할 수 있다. 결론 본 연구의 결과를 기초로, 간호대학생 대상으로 전문직사회화를 향상시키는 프로그램 개발 및 적용하는 연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study investigates the effects of major satisfaction, organizational socialization, and teamwork on professional socialization among nursing students. Methods Data collection was conducted on 188 Nursing students from December 1 to December 10, 2023, at G city and the responses to the questionnaire were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and Hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis. Results As results of this study, shared major satisfaction scored 4.14 out of 5, organizational socialization was 4.14 out of 5, teamwork was 3.80 out of 5, and professional socialization was 3.96 out of 5. Professional socialization was correlated with major satisfaction (r=.686, p<.001), organizational socialization (r=.727, p<.001), and teamwork (r=.448, p<.001). Satisfaction with clinical practice (β=.287, p<.001), satisfaction with the nursing major (β=.171, p<.05), and interpersonal relationships (β=.293, p<.001) were found to influence professional socialization. Major satisfaction (β=.183, p<.05) and organizational socialization (β=.502, p<.001) had an effect on professional socialization, and explaining 67.1% of the variance (F=23.383, p<.001). In other words, it was results show that higher levels of nursing students' major satisfaction and organizational socialization, the higher their professional socialization. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, research is needed to develop and apply programs to improve professional socialization for nursing students.
