국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 디지털 활용 역량에 관한 예비 영유아 교사의 인식을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 방법 이를 위해 은유분석 방법을 사용하였다. 은유분석 방법은 개인의 신념 및 인식 탐색에 적합한 연구방법으로 알려져 있다. 연구를 위해 예비 영유아 교사 107명의 디지털 활용 역량에 관한 은유를 수집하고, 8단계의 은유분석 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 결과 예비 영유아 교사들은 디지털 활용 역량에 관해 ‘배움과 인지의 측면에서 바라본 디지털 활용 역량’, ‘영유아 교육 현장과 디지털 활용 역량’, ‘사회적 동향과 디지털 활용 역량’의 3개의 상위범주로 인식하고 있었다. 9개의 하위범주는 ‘영유아 교사에게 요구되는 역량’, ‘나에게는 어렵고 서투른 역량’, ‘현대와 미래사회에 꼭 필요한 역량’, ‘지속적으로 배워야 하는 역량’, ‘삶과 배움에 도움이 되는 역량’, ‘영유아 교육 현장에 적절하게 활용될 때 이로운 역량’, ‘사회변화에 따라 새롭게 배워야 하는 역량’, ‘영유아 교육 적용의 어려움과 의문을 느끼는 역량’ 순으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 추후 개발될 예비 영유아 교사의 디지털 활용 역량 강화 프로그램의 방향성을 모색하였다는 측면에서 가치가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the perceptions of early childhood pre-service teachers regarding their digital utilization capabilities. Methods This study used a metaphor analysis method. metaphor analysis is suitable as a research method to explore individual beliefs and perceptions. for the study, we collected metaphors regarding the digital utilization capabilities of 107 early childhood pre-service teachers. and collected metaphors analyzed according to an 8-step metaphor analysis procedure. Results As a result of this study, early childhood teacher’s perception about digital utilization capabilities were characterized into three categories and nine subcategories. the three categories are: ‘digital utilization capabilities viewed from the perspective of learning and cognition’, ‘early childhood education field and digital utilization capabilities’, ‘Social trends and digital utilization capabilities’. the nine subcategories are as follows: ‘capabilities required for early childhood teachers’, ‘capabilities that are difficult and awkward for me’, ‘capabilities essential for modern and future society’, ‘capabilities that must be continuously learned’, ‘capabilities that are helpful for life and learning’, ‘Beneficial capabilities when utilized appropriately in early childhood education settings’, ‘capabilities that must be newly learned according to social changes’, ‘capabilities that feel the difficulties and questions of applying early childhood education’. Conclusions This study is valuable in that it suggests the direction of a program to digital utilization capabilities of early childhood pre-service teachers to be developed in the future.
