2022 개정 통합사회 교육과정 및 문항 분석을 통한 역사 영역 적용 검토와 개선 방안

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 현행 통합사회 교과에 역사 영역이 적용되고 있는 양상을 검토하여 2028년 이후 통합사회 수능 문항 출제 과정에서 역사 영역을 통합적 관점 하에 실질적으로 적용하는 방안을 마련하려는 목적이다. 방법 이를 위하여 2022 개정 통합사회 교육과정의 내용 체계 및 성취기준과 2023학년도 전국연합학력평가 통합사회 평가 문항을 분석하였다. 통합사회 교과서의 서술 분석이 필수적이나 발간 전이므로 2015 개정 통합사회 교육과정에 따라 집필된 현행 교과서를 활용하였다. 2015·2022 개정 통합사회 교육과정은 현장의 상황을 고려하여 변화의 폭을 최소화하였으므로 현행 교과서를 활용하여 연구를 진행하는 것이 무리가 없다는 판단이다. 결과 2022 개정 통합사회 교육과정 내용 체계 및 성취기준과 교과서에는 역사 영역이 상당 부분 반영되어 있었으나 전국연합학력평가 문항에는 사실상 반영되고 있지 않았다. 이러한 현상이 나타난 가장 큰 원인은 통합사회 과목에 대한 역사과의 관심의 부족함으로 생각되지만 수능 필수 한국사로 인하여 통합사회 과목에서 역사 영역이 약화되는 것이 당연하다고 보는 일각의 견해도 영향을 미쳤던 것으로 보인다. 결론 통합사회 수능 문항에 역사 영역을 적용하기 위해 역사 영역이 포함된 성취기준 분석 및 양질의 평가 내용 요소 추출 방식을 모색하는 동시에 적합한 문항 유형을 개발해야 한다. 그러나 궁극적으로는 통합사회 교과에 현재 역사과에서 논의가 활발한 민주시민 양성 및 논쟁성, 생태환경사 등의 내용을 타 교과와는 차별적인 역사과의 관점에서 적용하는 방안을 궁구해야 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to review the current application of the history domain to the integrated society subject and prepare a plan to apply the history domain practically under an integrated perspective in the process of questioning the integrated society SAT after 2028. Methods To this end, the content system and achievement standards of the 2022 revised integrated society cur-riculum and the items of the 2023 National Federation Academic Assessment Integrated Society Evaluation were analyzed. Results The content system and achievement standards of the integrated social curriculum reflected a large part of the historical domain, but they were not actually reflected in the questions of the National Union's academic evaluation. Conclusions In order to apply the historical domain to the integrated society SAT questions, it is necessary to find ways to analyze achievement standards and extract evaluation content elements, develop appropriate question types, and ultimately seek ways to apply the contents of democratic citizenship, controversy, and ecological envi-ronmental history, which are actively discussed in the current history department, from the perspective of history.
