간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 임상실습스트레스의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향과 임상실습스트레스간의 관계에서 의사소통능력의 매개효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 202년 377월 일부터 월 730일까지 온라인 설문조사를 통해 임상실습경험이 있는 간호대학생을 대상으로 자료수집하였고, 수집한 181개 자료는 기술통계, t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple regression, Baron과 Kenny 매개효과 검증절차와 Sobel test를 적용하여 분석하였다. 결과 임상실습스트레스와 비판적 사고성향 간은 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였고(r=-.33, p<.001), 임상실습스트레스와 의사소통능력 간에도 음의 상관관계가 유의하게 나타났다(r=-.36, p<.001). 비판적 사고성향과 의사소통능력 간에서는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 확인하였다(r=.67, p<.001). 의사소통능력(β=-.24, p=.031)은 비판적 사고성향과 임상실습스트레스의 관계에서 완전매개효과를 나타내며 임상실습스트레스에 영향을 미치고 있었다(Z=-2.47, p=.014). 결론 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스 개선을 위해 의사소통능력과 비판적 사고성향을 증진시킬 수 있는 실무 중심의 맞춤형 간호 교육 중재 프로그램의 마련이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to identify the mediating effect of communication competence in the relationship between critical thinking disposition and clinical practice stress in nursing students. Methods The participants were 181 nursing students with clinical practice experience. Data were collected from July, 7 to July, 30, 2023 using self-reported online survey. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression following the Baron and Kenny method and Sobel test for mediation. Results There are significant relationships between clinical practice stress and critical thinking disposition (r=-.33, p<.001), clinical practice stress and communication competence(r=-.36, p<.001), and between critical thinking disposition and communication competence(r=.67, p<.001). Communication competence(β=-.24, p=.031) had a complete medicating effect in the relationship between critical thinking disposition and clinical practice stress(Z=-2.47, p=.014). Conclusions In order to reduce clinical practice stress among nursing students, It is required to develop tailored nursing education programs focusing on enhancing communication competence and improving critical thinking disposition.
