국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 새롭게 대두되는 전문성의 개념인 적응적 전문성 척도를 개발하고 타당도를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 대학생 이상 성인을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 적응적 전문성 척도의 신뢰도와타당도를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 개발된 적응적 전문성 척도는 구인 타당도, 변별 타당도, 수렴 타당도, 준거 타당도, 신뢰도 모두 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 적응적 전문성 척도는 총 10문항으로, 하위 요인은 영역-특수 기술, 혁신 기술, 메타인지 기술로 구성되었다. 이 연구를 통하여 적응적 전문성 구인의 이해를 넓히고 적응적 전문성 역량 함양을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발 등의 기초자료로 활용되기를기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop an adaptive expertise scale, a newly emerging expertise construct. To this end, data were collected for adults to analyze the reliability and validity of the adaptive expertise scale. As a result of the study, the developed adaptive expertise scale was confirmed to have construct validity, discrimination validity, convergence validity, criterion validity, and reliability. The adaptive expertise scale was a total of 10 items, and the sub-factors consisted of domain-specific skill, innovation skill, and metacognitive skill. Through this study, it is expected to expand the understanding of adaptive expertise and provide information for the development of adaptive expertise education programs.
