협동학습의 효과적 운영을 위한 멘토링 프로그램 적용 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 협동학습을 기반으로 설계된 수업에 멘토링 프로그램을 적용하여 기초학력 미달 학생의 학업성취도 향상과 학습 태도의 변화를 분석하고 비교과 프로그램의 적용 가능성을 확인하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위하여, ‘수학(1)’ 과목을 수강하는 학습자를 대상으로 기초학력 진단평가와 중간고사성적을 분석하여 소집단을 구성하고, ‘수학 멘토링’ 프로그램을 통해 훈련받은 멘토를 중심으로 과제를해결하는 소집단 활동을 진행한다. 연구 결과, 멘토링 프로그램의 적용이 학업성취도 향상과 핵심역량강화에 도움이 되었으며, 특히 기초학력 미달 학생의 수업 참여도와 집중도를 높이므로 학습 만족도 향상에 도움이 되었음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to apply a mentoring program to classes designed based on cooperative learning, to analyze changes in students' academic achievement and learners' mathematical attitudes, and to confirm the applicability of extracurricular activity programs. For this study, the basic academic ability evaluation and midterm test scores of 'Mathematics (1)' students are analyzed to form small groups, and the small groups solve tasks centered on mentors nurtured through the 'Mathematics Mentoring' program. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the application of the mentoring program helped improve academic achievement and strengthen core competencies, and especially helped improve learning satisfaction by increasing class participation and concentration of students with insufficient basic academic ability.
