대학 융복합교육 전략으로서 코티칭 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 D 대학의 토론기반 코티칭 융복합교육의 사례를 통하여 그 실제와 특징을 분석하고, 토론기반 코티칭을적용한 융복합교육에 대한 구성원의 인식탐색을 통하여 개선점을 찾는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 수업계획서, 학생 과제, 수업 동영상 등의 자료를 내용 분석하고 교수자, 학습자, 운영자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 분석 결과 D 대학의 토론기반 코티칭 융복합교육의 실제를 제시하였고 그 특징을 학제성의 원칙에 기반한 융복합 교육, 교수자간 상호토론 방식의 코티칭, 학생 토론을 통한 사고의 확장으로 제시하였다. 또 구성원의 인식을 교육목적의 설정, 교육과정의 편성, 교육과정 운영의 단계로 나누어 제시하였다. 교과목 특성에 맞는 개발역량 설정과 개발역량에 적합한교육 내용 구성, 토론 주제 및 방향성에 대한 제고, 구성원 이해 및 인식 증진, 많은 수업 준비, 수업 점검 및 환류 체계마련 등이 제언되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the reality and characteristics of D University’s discussionbased co-teaching convergence education case, and to find implications through members’ perceptions of convergence education applying discussion-based co-teaching. To this end, content such as lesson plans, student assignments, and class videos were analyzed and in-depth interviews were conducted with instructors, learners, and operators. As a result of the analysis, the reality of D University’s discussion-based coaching convergence education was presented, and its characteristics were presented as convergence education based on the principle of interdisciplinary nature, co-teaching in the form of mutual discussion between professors, and expansion of thinking through student discussion. In addition, the perception of members was divided into the stages of setting the educational purpose, organizing the curriculum, and operating the curriculum. They are also proposed to set development competency suitable for subject characteristics, organize educational content suitable for development competency, improve discussion topics and directions, enhance understanding and awareness of members, prepare for many classes, check classes and prepare a feedback system.
