국문 초록

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명과 초연결 사회 진입 속에서 맞이한 팬데믹이 축제 공간의 전환과 초월을 발생시키고 있으며, 기존 오프라인 축제장 중심에서 가상세계 메타버스 축제장을 연결시킨 축제 융합을 초월성 축제로 개념해 평가지표를 개발하는 연구이다. 현재 축제 현장에서는 현실세계 오프라인 축제장과 가상세계 메타버스 축제장을 연결한 융합 환경 속에서 축제가 기획 및 운영되고 있지만 이를 평가하기 위한 지표는 없기 때문이다. 이에 초월성 축제 ‘T-SECC 모델’의 4가지 차원을 토대로 전문가 브레인스토밍과 FGI를 실시해 평가지표를 개발하였다. 연구 결과 초월성 축제 평가지표는 기본지표와 선택지표로 양분되었다. 기본지표는 초공간 차원에서 ‘축제 플랫폼’ 6 문항, 초연결 차원에서 ‘축제 콘텐츠’ 7문항, 초시민 차원에서 ‘축제 커뮤니티’ 6문항으로 정리되었으며, 선택지표는 초가치 차원에서 ‘축제 가치’ 8문항으로 정리되었다. 본 연구는 가상세계 메타버스 축제 제작과 축제 융합 현상을 개념화 한 초월성 축제의 기획과 연출이 축제 현장에서증가할 것으로 예상된다. 그래서 본 연구는 축제 3.0시대를 맞이하여 학문적으로는 축제 초월과 융합에 따른 새로운 축제 현상을 연구해야 하는 시점에서 초월성 축제 개념화와 축제 융합 현상에 대해 이론 정립에 기초 자료로 후속 연구에기여하는 바가 크다. 실무적으로는 초월성 축제 가치와 수준을 평가하는 지표로서 활용되어 축제 융합 환경 속에서 축제경과 상호작용을 어떻게 창출할 지에 대한 축제 기획 및 연출의 접근성과 방향성에 활용도가 높을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study is a study that develops evaluation indicators by concepting festival convergence that connects the virtual world metabus festival venue from the existing offline festival venue as a transcendence festival, with the pandemic facing the 4th industrial revolution and hyper-connected society. Currently, festivals are planned and operated in a convergence environment that connects the real world offline festival venue and the virtual world metabus festival venue, but there are no indicators to evaluate them. Accordingly, based on the four dimensions of the transcendence festival “T-SECC Model,” expert brainstorming and FGI were conducted to develop evaluation indicators. As a result of the study, the transcendence festival evaluation index was divided into basic and optional indicators. The basic indicators were organized into 6 questions of “festival platform” at the super-space level, 7questions of “festival content” at the super-connected level, and 6 questions of “festival community” at the super-citizen level, and 8 questions of “festival value”. This study is expected to increase the planning and directing of transcendence festivals that conceptualize the production of virtual world metabus festivals and festival convergence. Therefore, in the 3.0th era of festivals, this study contributes greatly to follow-up studies as basic data for the conceptualization of transcendence festivals and festival convergence at a time when it is necessary to study new festival phenomena academically. In practice, it is considered to be highly utilized in the accessibility and direction of festival planning and directing on how to create festival progress interactions in a festival convergence environment as it is used as an indicator of transcendence festival value and level.
