국문 초록

도시재생사업이 일반적인 재개발, 재건축 사업과의 차이점은 해당 지역의 문화자원 활용을 통한 도시공간 활성화와주민 삶의 질 향상을 추구한다는 점이다. 삶의 질 향상을 위해서는 특히, 이주민 밀집 지역이라는 특수한 공간에서는 선주민과 이주민의 공동체 형성 즉, 지역사회통합이 무엇보다 중요하다. 따라서 본고는 외국인 밀집지역인 월곡2동 고려인 마을에서 시행하고 있는 사업 관계자들의 인터뷰를 중심으로 그동안 지역사회통합을 위한 공간 의미로서의 장소 만들기가 주민들 사이에서 어떻게 진행되어 현재 도시재생뉴딜사업에까지이르게 되었으며, 이 사업이 궁극적으로 지향하는 것이 무엇이고, 이를 통해 다시금 지역사회통합의 진정한 의미를 탐색하는 것이 연구목적이다. 앞으로 전개될 소제목들은 면접을 통해 얻은 경험 자료를 범주화하여 연구목적에 맞게 재구성한 결과물들이다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 3장에서는 모빌리티와 장소애착심 그리고 지역사회통합에 관한 이론적 검토, 월곡2동 고려인마을이 어떤 곳인지를 살펴볼 것이다. 4장에서는 고려인 강제이주 80주년 행사의 의미, 월곡2동 도시재생사업의 개요와 현황을 알아보고 진정한 의미의 지역사회통합으로써의 ‘상생으로서의 모빌리티 장소 만들기’를 탐구할 것이다. 연구 방법은 8월 말에서 10월 말까지 현장 조사 및 도시재생 사업 관련자와의 심층 인터뷰를 통해 진행하였다. 도시재생 사업이 아직 마무리 되지 않은 점, 이주민을 고려인을 중심에 두어 다른 나라 이주 노동자를 포함시키지 못한 점그리고 사업 관계자들 위주 인터뷰를 진행한 점이 본고의 한계점이라고 할 수가 있다. 하지만 차후 선주민과 이주민 대상의 연구 계획을 염두하고 있다.

영문 초록

The difference between urban regeneration projects and general redevelopment and reconstruction projects is that they seek to revitalize urban spaces and improve the quality of life of residents through the use of cultural resources in the region. In order to improve the quality of life, especially in a special space called an area where migrants are concentrated, the formation of a community of indigenous people and migrants, that is, community integration, is of paramount importance. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the true meaning of community integration through interviews with business officials in Wolgok 2-dong, a foreign-dense area, and the current urban regeneration new deal project. The sub-headings to be developed in the future are the results of categorizing experience data obtained through interviews and reconstructing them to suit the purpose of the study. Specifically, Chapter 3 will examine the theoretical review of mobility, place attachment, and community integration, and what Goryeoin Village in Wolgok 2-dong is like. Chapter 4 will examine the meaning of the 80th anniversary event of the forced migration of Goryeo people, the outline and current status of the Wolgok 2-dong urban regeneration project, and explore “creating a place of mobility as a win-win community integration.” The research method was conducted through field surveys and in-depth interviews with people related to urban regeneration projects from the end of August to the end of October. The limitations of this paper are the facts that the urban regeneration project has not yet been completed, that migrants have not been included in migrant workers from other countries, and that interviews centered on business officials were conducted. However, we are considering research plans for pre-residents and migrants in the future.
