국문 초록

본 연구는 학령기 특수교육 분야 관점과 연계한 발달장애인의 독립생활을 위한 고등교육 기반 평생교육 통합 구조화체계를 탐색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 발달장애인의 독립생활은 학령기 특수교육의 기본교육과정 및 종합적 성과를 심화연계한 성인계속교육의 지원체제로 지속 관리되어야 한다는 필요성에 의하여 장기적 안정성 차원의 고등교육 기반의 평생교육 통합 구조화 관점이 강조되었다. 또한, 발달장애인의 독립생활은 전 생애 주기 차원에서 학습 관리되기 위하여 고등교육과 평생교육의 관계 정립이 고려되어야 한다는 관점도 반영되었다. 연구 내용은 문헌 분석을 통한 소고 형식으로기술하였으며, 이와 연계하여 거점 대학의 샘플 차원에서 대구대학교 K-PACE 센터의 사례를 반영하였다. 발달장애인의독립생활을 위한 고등교육 기반의 평생교육 통합 구조화는 학령기 중심 특수교육 분야의 융합적 기여 및 활용, 고등교육과 평생교육의 접점 마련을 위한 조건과 로드맵, 지역 장애인평생교육 유관기관 간 통합 구조화 추진의 방략으로 고찰되었다. 이상의 결과를 통해, 결론은 거점 대학의 샘플로서 대구대학교를 조망하여 발달장애인의 평생교육 지원체제가 고등교육 맥락과 구조적으로 연계되어 안정화될 수 있는 방안이 제시되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the integrated structuring system for lifelong education based on higher education for the independent life of people with developmental disabilities in connection with the perspective of the field of special education in school age. Based on the need to continue to manage the independent life of people with developmental disabilities as a support system for adult continuing education that deeply links the basic curriculum and comprehensive performance of special education in school age, the perspective of integrated structuring of lifelong education based on higher education with long-term stability was emphasized. In order for the independent life of a people with developmental disabilities to be learned and managed at the level of the entire life cycle, it was considered that the relationship between higher education and lifelong education should be considered. Through literature analysis, the research contents were described in the form of a review, and in connection with this, the case of Daegu University was reflected at the sample level of the base university. For the integrated structure of lifelong education based on higher education for the independent life of people with developmental disabilities, this study examined the converging contribution and utilization of special education field, conditions and roadmap for establishing contact points between higher education and lifelong education, and strategies for promoting the integrated structure among related institutions for lifelong education for the disabled in the region. Through the above results, Daegu University was viewed as a sample of the base university, suggesting a way to stabilize the lifelong education support system for people with developmental disabilities structurally linked to the context of higher education.
