대학생 진로준비행동, 진로결정수준, 그리고 그릿의 구조적 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 진로준비행동이 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위해 수도권 소재 4년제 A대학교 재학생을 대상으로 하는 진로준비행동 척도, 그릿 척도, 진로결정수준 문항을 이용하여 각각 분산분석과 경로분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대학생들의 개인특성 중 성별과 캠퍼스에 따른 진로준비행동에는 차이가 없었으나, 학년이 높아질수록, 편입학전형으로 입학한 학생들일수록, 성적이 높을수록 진로준비행동에 적극적이었다. 둘째, 대학생들의 개인특성인 성별, 학년, 입학전형, 캠퍼스, 성적에 따라 진로결정수준에 차이가 있었다. 여학생보다는 남학생이, 4학년 이상일수록, 국제캠퍼스보다는 서울캠퍼스 학생일수록, 성적이 높을수록 진로결정수준이 확고한 경향이 있었다. 셋째, 그릿과 진로준비행동이진로결정수준에 주는 직 간접적 영향을 분석한 결과, 그릿은 진로준비행동에 직접적으로 영향을 주고 진로결정수준에도직 간접적으로 영향을 주고 있었다. 또한 진로준비행동도 진로결정수준에 직접적으로 영향을 주고 있었다. 본 연구를 토대로 대학생들이 막연히 진로준비를 하며 효율적이지 않게 분주한 일상을 보내면서 진로결정을 어렵게 하지 않도록 도움을 주고자 하는 바이다.

영문 초록

This research aimed to determine whether career preparation behaviors affect career decision levels. For this study, undergraduates of A-university located in the metropolitan area were examined by ANOVA and path analysis. The major findings showed that there was no difference in career preparation behavior according to gender and campus. However the higher the grade, the more transfer students and the better the grades, the more active the career preparation action. There were differences in the level of career decisions according to gender, grade, admissions, campus, and grades: The higher the grades, the more male students than female students, 4th graders and above, the Seoul campus students rather than the international campus students, and the better the grades, the firmer the career decision level tended to be. As a result of analyzing the direct and indirect effects of grit and career preparation behavior on career decision level, grit directly affects career preparation behavior and directly or indirectly affects career decision level. Also, career preparation behavior directly affected the career decision level. This study attempted to provide implications in effective behaviors for career decision-making to prevent undergraduate students from wasting their time inefficiently when preparing for a job.
