자기설계전공제도에 대한 학습자 인식 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 자기설계전공제도에 대한 학습자 인식을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 k대학교 자기설계 전공제도참여학생 80명을 대상으로 2021년 6월 17일에 온라인 설문조사를 실시하고 SPSS를 활용하여 기술통계 및 빈도분석을실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구대상의 90%가 자기설계전공제도의 운영방식에 만족하였다. 둘째, 연구대상의 83%가 자기설계전공제도의 교과목의 다양성에 만족하였다. 셋째, 연구대상의 87%가 자기설계제도의 수업환경에만족하였다. 넷째, 연구대상의 90%가 평가방식에 만족하였다. 다섯째, 연구대상의 92%가 자기설계전공제도에 대해 전반적으로 만족하였다. 여섯째, 연구대상의 94%가 자기설계전공제도 참여후 관련 역량이 향상되었다고 하였다. 본 연구는 자기설계전공제도에 대한 학습자 인식을 분석하고 효과적인 운영과 지원을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the learner s perception of the self-designed major system. In this study, an online survey was conducted on June 17, 2021 for 80 students participating in the self-design major system at k university and descriptive statistics and frequency analysis was conducted using SPSS. The research results are as follows. First, 90% of the study participants were satisfied with the operation method of the self-design major system. Second, 83% of the study participants were satisfied with the diversity of lectures of the self-designed major system. Third, 87% of the study participants were satisfied with the self-designed classroom environment. Fourth, 90% of the study participants were satisfied with the evaluation method. Fifth, 92% of the study participants were overall satisfied with the self-designed major system. Sixth, 94% of the study participants said that their competencies improved after participating in the self-designed major system. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the learner s perception of the self-designed major system and suggested implications for effective operation and support.
