대학생의 교수-학생상호작용, 교우관계, 자기효능감이 대학 몰입에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 교수-학생상호작용, 교우관계, 자기효능감이 대학 몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 재학생들의대학 몰입을 높이기 위한 방안 모색의 기초 자료를 마련하는 데에 목적이 있다. 자료 수집은 2020년 11월 19일부터11월 26일까지 온라인 설문으로 진행하였고, 연구대상자는 G도 C시 소재의 C대학교 213명을 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과, 대학 몰입은 평균 3.30점이었고, 교수-학생상호작용은 평균 3.34점. 교우관계는 평균 3.64점, 자기효능감은 평균3.32점이었다. 대학 몰입은 교수-학생상호작용, 교우관계와 순상관관계가 있었다(p<.001). 교수-학생상호작용은 교우관계와 순상관관계가 있었고(p<.001), 교우관계는 자기효능감과 순상관관계가 있었다(p<.016). 대상자의 대학 몰입에가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 교수-학생상호작용이었으며 그 다음으로 교우관계였다. 이 결과는 대학 몰입이 교수-학생상호작용과 교우관계에 영향을 받으며 대학 몰입을 높이기 위해서는 교수-학생상호작용과 교우관계가 중요함을 인식하고이들의 상호작용 경험을 활발히 할 수 있는 대학 차원의 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to arrange a basic material to improve institutional commitment by understanding the impact of college students’ teacher-learner interaction, friendship and self-efficacy. Data was collected from November 19, 2020 to November 26, 2020 through online question, aimed 213 participants from C university in a C city in G province. As result of the analysis, the average score of institutional commitment was 3.30, the average score of teacher-learner interaction was 3.34, the average score of friendship was 3.32, and the average score of self-efficacy was 3.32. The institutional commitment has a positive correlation with teacher-learner interaction and friendship(p<.001). The Teacher-learner interaction has a positive correlation with a level of friendship(p<.001), a level of friendship has a positive correlation with self-efficacy(p<.016). The most critical factor that affects the institutional commitment was the teacher-learner interaction and a level of friendship in order. The result can be interpreted that institutional commitment is influenced by the teacher-learner interaction and friendship, and that the effort to improve the institutional commitment of the college students is needed at the collegiate level.
