아마추어 골퍼의 핸디 수준에 따른 스트레스와 재미요인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 아마추어 골프 참여자의 운동스트레스와 재미 요인을 핸디수준별로 탐색하여 현장중심의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 현재 골프에 참여하고 있는 160명의 아마추어 골퍼 대상으로 개방형 설문을 실시하였으며, 응답이 불성실하다 판단되거나 답변의 일부가 누락된 설문지 8명을 제외한 152명의 자료를 귀납적 방법으로 내용을 분석한 결과 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아마추어 골퍼들의 라운드 시 스트레스요인은 총296개의 원자료가 분석되었으며, 핸디수준별 요인분석 결과는79타 이하에서 기술적 문제, 동반자 매너, 골프장 상황, 80~89타에서는 기술적 문제, 동반자 매너, 캐디의 매너, 90~99 타에서는 기술적 문제, 동반자 매너, 골프장 상황, 100~109타에서는 기술적 문제, 동반자 매너, 날씨, 110~119타에서는기술적 문제, 주변 환경, 동반자 매너, 캐디의 매너, 120타에서는 기술적 문제, 없음으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 아마추어 골퍼들의 라운드 시 재미 요인은 259개의 원자료가 분석되었으며, 핸디수준에 따른 79타 이하의 결과는 기술적인 성취감, 친목도모, 자연과 함께할 때, 80~89타에서는 결과는 기술적인 성취감, 친목도모, 자연과 함께할 때, 90~99타의 결과로친목도모, 기술적 성취감, 긍정적인 심리, 100~109타에서의 결과로 기술적인 성취감, 친목도모, 자연과 함께 할 때, 110~ 119타에서의 결과로 기술적인 성취감, 친목도모, 자연과 함께할 때, 120타 이상에서의 결과로 친목도모, 기술적 성취감, 필드경험 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 아마추어 골퍼의 운동중재전략 시 유용한 자료로 활용될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study has explored the analysis of stress and fun factors of amateur golfers according to their levels of scores. It is aiming for offering basic data about field-based golf references. One hundred and fifty two amateur golfers currently are playing golf were asked to fill out this open-question survey. Insincerely answered 8 papers are excluded from 160 paper. Collected data are analyzed by experts to figure out several factors of stresses in detail. Conclusions are as below. Firstly, 296 raw data on amateur golfers’ stresses when rounding were researched. They are also classified into several categories according to their scores. The results are as below. For people who get average below 79 are distressed about skill problems, partner manners, field-situation, and etc. For 80 are stressed with skill problems, partner manners, caddy’s manners, and etc. For 90 are stressed with skill problems, partner manners, field-situation, and etc. For 100 are distressed about skill problems partner manners, weather, and etc. For 110 are stressed with skill problems, surroundings, partner manners, caddy’s manners, and etc. For 120 are about skill problems, and none. Secondly ,259 raw data on amateur golfers fun were researched. They are also classified into several categories according to their scores. The results are as below. for people who get average below 79 are factors fun about skill achievement, promote friendship, be with nature and etc. For 80 are skill achievement, promote friendship, be with nature and etc. for 90 are promote friendship, skill achievement, positive psychology and etc. For 100 are skill achievement, promote friendship, be with nature and etc. For 110 are skill achievement, promote friendship, be with nature and etc. For 120 are promote friendship, skill achievement, be with nature, field-experience and etc. The result of this study, make the good use of useful data when map out amateur golfer’s exercise arbitration strategy.
