‘환경과 황새복원’에 관한 환경 교원연수 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 황새 콘텐츠와 환경놀이를 활용한 환경 교원연수 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 연구방법은 ADDIE 모형을 수정하여 실행과 평가를 2020년 7월부터 8월까지 2회 실시하여 프로그램을 완성하였다. 프로그램 개발 과정에서 설문조사, 면담, 참여관찰을 실시하였고, 통계 분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 환경 교원연수 ‘환경과 황새복원’은 3차시로 구성된 단기 연수용 프로그램으로 연수 목적은 교사의 환경 교육 역량 함양이며, 목표는 멸종위기종 황새복원과 환경에 대한 지식을 이해하고 환경 태도를 기르는 것이다. 둘째, 1차시 강의는 황새복원과 생태계 복원에 대한 내용으로 구성하였다. 셋째, 2차시 체험 및 강의는 황새사육장을 방문하여 황새를 직접 관찰하고 사육사와 대화를 통해 황새복원을 이해하도록 내용을 구성하였다. 넷째, 3차시 환경놀이 체험 및 강의는 환경기념일관 및 멸종위기동물관 체험, 황새 박제 전시관 관람으로 내용을 구성하였다. 이 연구의 후속 연구로 중등 교원에 적용한 실행연구와 심화 프로그램 개발 연구를 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop an environmental teacher training program using stork contents and environmental play. As for the research method, the program was completed by revising the ADDIE model and conducting execution and evaluation twice from July to August 2020. During the program development process, surveys, interviews, and participatory observation were conducted, and the SPSS 22.0 program was used for statistical analysis. The research results are as follows. First, the environmental teacher training Environment and Stork Restoration is a short-term training program composed of three sessions. The purpose of the training is to increase the environmental education capacity of teachers. Second, the first lecture consisted of contents on stork restoration and ecosystem restoration. Third, the contents of experience and lecture in the second class were organized to visit the stork breeding ground to observe the stork directly and to understand the stork restoration through dialogue with the breeder. Fourth, the environment play experience and lecture in the third class consisted of environmental memorial and endangered species experience, and a stork stuffed exhibition hall. As a follow-up study of this study, it is proposed to implement this program to secondary school teachers, and to develop an advanced program.
