대학생의 성평등의식에 관한 국내 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성평등의식에 관한 국내 연구의 동향을 분석함으로써 연구의 흐름과 성과를 정리하고 앞으로 대학생의 성평등의식과 관련한 연구방향을 제공하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 1988년부터 2019년까지 대학생 성평등의식과 관련하여 국내에서 발표된 학술지 논문과 학위논문 97편을 대상으로 연구시기, 학문분야, 연구대상, 자료수집, 연구방법, 연구주제, 관련변인, 측정도구를 분석하였다. 본 연구결과를 연구시기별로 보면 2000년까지는 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않다가 2001년 이후 급속히 증가하여 2019년까지 꾸준히 증가하였다. 학문분야별로 보면, 심리학, 교육학, 여성학 순으로 연구가 많이 이루어졌다. 연구대상의 성별로 보면, 남·여학생 모두를 대상으로 한 연구가 74.2%로 가장 많았으며 학년별로는 1~4학년 모두를 대상으로 한 연구가 44.3%로 가장 많았다. 자료수집방법별로 보면, 설문조사가 68.0%로 가장 많았고, 연구방법 중에서는 양적연구가 82.5%로 가장 많았으며, 양적 분석방법 중에서는 변량분석이 가장 많았다. 연구주제별로 보면, 심리·적응에 대한 주제가 42.3%로 가장 많았고, 관련변인 연구로는 독립변인으로 사용된 연구가 60.0%로 가장 많았다. 측정도구별로 보면, 성평등의식 관련 측정도구가 52.1%로 가장 많이 활용되었다. 본 연구의 주요결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 성평등의식과 관련하여 주요 시사점 및 후속연구를 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends on gender egalitarianism for college students, thereby organizing the flow and performance of research and providing the direction of research related to gender egalitarianism in the future. From 1988 to 2019, a total of 97 articles and academic publications on gender egalitarianism studies, published in Korea, were analyzed by time, academic field, research participants, data collection, research method, research subject, related variables, and measurement tool. The main results are as follows: In terms of time, research studies have not been done until 2000 but have increased rapidly since 2001 and have increased steadily until 2019. In terms of academic field, many research studies were conducted in the order of psychology, education, and women’s studies. In terms of gender, research studies including both male and female students were 74.2%, in terms of college grade, research studies including all college grade students were 44.3%. In terms of data collection, the survey studies occupied the majority(68.0%), in terms of research method, quantitative research studies occupied the majority(82.5%), in terms of statistical analysis, the variance analysis was used the most. In terms of research subject, personality and adjustment research subject were the majority(42.3%), In terms of the variables, independent variables were used the most(60.0%). In terms of the use of measuring tools, scales in gender egalitarianism were used the most(52.1%). Based on the main results of this study, implications were discussed and further research studies for college students’ gender egalitarianism were suggested.
