간호대학생의 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향요인

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생들의 외모스트레스, 자아존중감, 대처, 취업스트레스 정도와 변수들간의 상관관계 및 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 변인을 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 구조화 된 설문지를 사용하여 2018년 11월 30일부터 12월 6일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS/WIN 22.0프로그램을 활용하였으며, 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA , 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과 취업스트레스는 외모스트레스(r=.40, p<.001)와 정적상관관계가 있었으며, 문제중심대처(r=-.15, p=.001), 사회적지지 추구 대처(r=-.20, p<.001), 자아존중감(r=-.47, p<.001)과는 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 변인으로는 자아존중감, 외모스트레스, 나이, 사회적지지 추구 대처로서 28%의 설명력을 나타냈다. 이와같은 결과를 볼 때, 간호대학생의 경우 입학시기부터 자아존중감 정도를 측정하고, 특히 나이가 있는 학생을 대상으로 지속적이고 심층적인 자아성장프로그램의 참여를 통해 취업스트레스 정도를 완화할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study was attempted to investigate the correlation between the degree of appearance stress, self-esteem, coping, and employment stress and variables among nursing college students and the variables that affect employment stress. Data were collected from November 30 to December 6, 2018, using a structured questionnaire. We used SPSS/WIN 22.0 program for data processing and analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. As results of this study, employment stress had a positive correlation with appearance stress (r=.40, p<.001) and had a negative correlation with the problem-centered coping(r=-.15, p=.001), social support pursuit coping (r=-.20, p<.001), and self-esteem (r=-.47, p<.001). Factors affecting employment stress include self-esteem, appearance stress, age, and social support pursuit coping, which showed 28 percent of explanatory power. Given these results, the degree of self-esteem of nursing college students should be measured from the entrance period, and especially for older students, the degree of employment stress should be relieved through continuous and in-depth participation in self-growth programs.
