보육교사의 자아탄력성과 직무스트레스에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 일반적 배경과 자아탄력성이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울시와 경기도, 인천광역시의 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 477명이며, 설문지를 통해 2020년 1월 13일부터 2월 21일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과 첫째, 보육교사의 일반적 배경 중 개인특성(결혼 여부, 학력)만 자아탄력성에 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 직무스트레스의 경우 개인특성(보육교사 연령)과 근무여건(어린이집 유형, 교사 대 아동비율, 팀티칭 여부, 재교육 및 연수기회 정도)에 따라 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 보육교사의 개인특성(연령)과 근무여건(어린이집 유형, 담당하는 학급의 유형, 교사 대 아동비율, 근무시간, 휴게시간, 재교육 및 연수기회)이 직무스트레스 총점 및 하위변인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 직무스트레스는 부적 상관관계를 가지며, 보육교사의 자아탄력성 중 낙천적 태도는 직무스트레스의 총점 및 모든 하위변인에서 부적 영향을 미치며 가장 영향력이 큰 변인으로 나타났다. 그밖에 대인관계 효율성은 직무스트레스 총점과 하위변인 중 원장의 지도력 및 행정적 지원 부족 스트레스에, 분노조절은 직무스트레스 하위변인에서 원장의 지도력 및 행정적 지원 부족 스트레스에서만 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 보육교사의 자신감은 직무스트레스의 총점과 하위변인 중 업무 과부하 스트레스에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

This study looked at the influence of general background and self-elasticity of child care teachers on job stress. Results of this study First, as a result of examining whether there is a difference in the self-elasticity according to personal characteristics, working conditions of the childcare teacher, only the personal characteristics showed differences, and among the personal characteristics, self-elasticity according to marital status and educational background It showed a significant difference. Second, among the general backgrounds of the childcare teachers, there was a difference in job stress according to the age of the childcare teacher, and in working conditions, there was a difference in job stress depending on the type of daycare center, teacher-child ratio, team teaching status, retraining and training opportunities. Showed a difference. Third, as a result of analyzing the correlation between variables, it was found that the total score of the child s self-elasticity and all sub-variants had negative correlation with the total score of the job stress and all sub-variants. Fourth, among the personal characteristics and working conditions of the childcare teacher, the age of the childcare teacher, type of daycare center, type of class in charge, teacher-to-child ratio, working hours, rest time, re-education and training opportunities affect the total number of job stresses and sub-variants. Showed Fifth, the optimistic attitude of the child s self-resilience is the total score of job stress and all sub-variables, and the effectiveness of interpersonal relationships. It was found that it had a negative effect on lack of support stress. On the other hand, the self-confidence of the nursery teacher was found to have a positive effect on the stress of work overload among the total scores and sub-variants of job stress.
