특수교육대상자 보호자의 치료지원기관 선택배경요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 특수교육대상자의 보호자가 선호하는 치료지원기관의 선택배경요인에 대하여 알아보기 위해 설문지를 활용한 조사연구로 수행되었다. 전국의 치료지원기관을 이용하고 있는 특수교육대상자 보호자를 대상으로 2019년 1월부터 7월 28일까지 설문지를 발송하여 전체 390부 중 미기입이나 작성이 완료되지 않은 설문지를 제외하고 적합하게 응답한 최종 264부의 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보호자와 아동의 관계에 따른 선택배경요인을 분석한 결과 인적요인에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 치료지원기관 선택배경요인 간 우선순위를 비교한 결과 환경적요인의 하위속성 간 우선순위는 ‘주변인의 추천’이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 지원체계요인의 하위속성 간 우선순위는 ‘다양한 진단도구 구비’, 프로그램요인의 하위속성 간 우선순위는 ‘프로그램 실시에 대한 주위평판’, 인적요인의 하위속성 간 우선순위는 ‘치료사의 경력’이 가장 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 특수교육대상자 보호자가 치료지원기관을 선택할 때 필요한 구체적인 정보의 제공과 더불어 치료지원기관의 전문성 향상의 질적 성장을 위한 여러 방면에서의 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study surveyed guardians of Children with Special Education Needs from January 2019 and analyzed properly responded 264 copies among 390 copies. The research results are as follows. First, human factors showed a significant difference by analyzing preference background factors according to the relationship between guardians and children. According to the result of analyzing background factors by age of guardians, there was a significant difference in environmental factor, program factor, human factor. According to the result of analyzing background factors by academic background of guardians, there was a significant difference in environmental factor, program factor, human factor. Program factor, human factor showed a significant difference as a result of analyzing background factors according to the gender of children. According to the result of analyzing background factors by age of children, there was a significant difference in environmental factor, program factor, human factor. As a result of analyzing background factors based on the experience of medical support agency, there was a significant difference in program factor, human factor. Secondly, according to the result of comparing the order of priority among preference background factors of Therapeutic Support Services, ‘reputation by surrounding people’ was the highest for priority among lower attributes of environmental factor, and ‘being equipped with various diagnosis tool’ for priority among lower attributes of support system factor, ‘reputation by surrounding people on program execution’ for priority among lower attributes of program factor, and ‘work experience of therapist’ for priority among lower attributes of human factor were the highest. To conclude, provision of systematic information when guardians of Children with Special Education Needs select Therapeutic Support Services and efforts in various areas for qualitative development of specialty improvement are needed.
