국문 초록

이 연구는 코로나19 사태 이후 교육 변화에 대한 예비교사의 인식을 확인하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 목적 달성을 위해 구글 드라이브를 활용하여 설문 조사하였다. 연구 기간은 2020년 8월 31일부터 2020년 9월 9일까지였으며 연구 대상은 전국 6개 교원양성대학 총 341명의 예비교사였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 미래 교육 목표와 관련한 예비교사의 인식은 ‘신기술적응’, ‘사회적 가치 추구’였다. 미래 교육과정의 방향은 ‘개별화 원격 교육’, ‘프로젝트 학습’이었다. 교사 역량은 ‘테크놀로지 리터러시’, ‘학습 어포던스’였다. 학교 교육 시스템은 ‘생활을 강조하는 교과를 중심으로 융합’, ‘안전, 협력, 배려’였다. 예비교사 교육 시스템은 ‘정보 소양’, ‘융·복합 수업’이었다. 미래 교육에 대한 예비교사의 인식을 큰 틀에서 살펴보면 ‘정보 기술’, ‘융합’, ‘사회적 가치’(안전, 협력, 배려, 개별화)로 요약될 수 있다. 코로나19 이후 예비교사는 정보 기술 혁신에 기반을 둔 비대면 중심의 교육 시스템이 우리 교육의 주를 이룰 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 또한, 그동안 교육계에서 지속해서 강조되어왔던 융·복합 교육의 기조 역시 유지될 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 이 밖에도 안전, 협력, 배려, 다양성 같은 사회적 가치 역시 교육의 중요한 기조로 인식하고 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to confirm the perceptions of pre-service teachers about changes in education after the COVID-19 outbreak. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, researchers surveyed using Google Drive from August 31, 2020 to September 9, 2020, and a total of 341 pre-service teachers from 6 teachers’ training universities nationwide responded. The results of this study are as follows. First, pre-service teachers recognized that ‘adapting to new technologies’ and ‘pursuing social values’ should be the goals of future education. They also recognized that the curriculum should be oriented towards ‘individualized distance education’ and ‘project-based learning’ in the future. And they recognized that ‘to have technology literacy’ and ‘to create learning affordance’ are important competencies for teachers. They recognized that ‘convergence around life-related subjects’ and ‘safety, cooperation, and consideration’ are important in the future school education system. They recognized that ‘information literacy’ and ‘convergence/combination class’ are important in the pre-service teacher education system. Future education recognized by pre-service teachers is summarized as ‘emphasizing information technology’, ‘convergence education’, and ‘pursuing social values(safety, cooperation, consideration, individualization)’. Prospective teachers recognized that non-face-to-face education using innovative information technology would become the mainstream after COVID-19. They recognized that convergence/complex education, which had been emphasized so far, will continue to be considered important in the future. They also recognized that social values such as safety, cooperation, consideration, and respect for diversity are important in future education.
