유아의 갈등인식해결 능력에 관한 다중매개효과 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아의 갈등인식해결 능력에 지능, 마음이론, 성취동기가 미치는 다중매개효과를 살펴봄으로써 유아의 갈등인식해결 능력을 향상 시키는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 G도시에 소재한 유아교육기관의 만3-5세 유아 215명을 대상으로 갈등인식해결 능력과 지능, 마음이론, 성취동기를 측정하였으며, 자료분석은 AMOS의 부트스트래핑으로 다중매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 유아의 마음이론은 유아의 갈등인식해결 능력에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아의 성취동기는 유아의 지능과 유아의 마음이론을 완전 매개로하여 유아의 갈등인식해결 능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아의 지능은 유아의 갈등인식해결에 직접적으로 영향을 주지 않으나 유아의 마음이론을 매개로 유아의 갈등인식해결 능력에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 유아의 마음이론, 성취동기, 지능을 향상함으로써 유아의 갈등인식해결 능력을 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사한다. 즉 본 연구에서 유아의 갈등인식해결 능력은 지능과 마음이론, 성취동기에 의해 중요한 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 확인되었으므로 향후 현장에서 갈등인식해결능력을 향싱시키기 다양한 교수전략수립이 필요함을 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to improve children s conflict awareness resolution ability by examining the multiple mediating effects of intelligence, theory of mind, and achievement motivation on children s conflict awareness resolution ability. For this purpose, 215 children aged 3-5 years in early childhood education institutions located in G city were measured their ability to solve conflicts, intelligence, theory of mind, and achievement motivation. Data analysis was conducted by AMOS bootstrapping. The results of this study are as follows: First, mind theory has a direct effect on conflict awareness resolution ability to solve conflicts. Second, the achievement motivation of young children was found to have an effect on the ability of children to solve conflicts by fully mediating the intelligence of young children and the theory of mind of young children. Third, young children s intelligence does not directly affect young children s conflict awareness resolution, but it has been shown that it affects young children s conflict awareness resolution ability through the medium of young children s mind theory. Therefore, this study suggests that children s ability to solve conflicts can be improved by improving children s theory of mind, achievement motivation, and intelligence.
