청소년 성폭력 위기개입 관련 국내 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구 목적은 청소년 성폭력 위기개입에 관한 국내 연구들을 총체적으로 분석함으로써 학교에서의 위기개입 방향을 제안하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 체계적 문헌고찰을 활용하여 총 51편의 연구들을 수집 및 분석하였다. 연구 시기, 대상, 방법, 내용에 따라 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구시기에 따라 주제와 개입방법이 점차 다양해졌다. 둘째, 연구 대상은 학생, 성폭력 피해 청소년, 성별 구성이 혼성인 연구들이 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 셋째, 연구 방법은 양적 연구, 질적 연구, 혼합 연구, 문헌 연구 순으로 많이 사용되었다. 넷째, 연구 내용을 개입 목적에 따라 예방적 개입과 치료적 개입으로 분류한 결과, 치료적 개입 연구가 예방적 개입 연구보다 더 많이 수행되었다. 위기개입 방법으로서 심리치료, 교육, 기타, 교육 및 심리치료, 활동 순으로 연구들이 많이 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 주요 개입 요인을 분석한 결과를 토대로 학교에서의 청소년 성폭력에 대한 위기개입 방향을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to propose a direction for crisis intervention that reflects the characteristics of school scenes by comprehensively exploring the research trends and contents of adolescent sexual violence crisis interventions and analyzing them with a focus on the main intervention factors and effectiveness factors of crisis interventions. For this purpose, relevant literature was collected using systematic literature review and a total of 51 studies were selected. The results of the analysis based on the research period, subjects, methods, and research contents are as follows. First, it has been shown that research subjects and methods of intervention gradually vary according to the research period. Second, the study targets were mostly students, teenagers affected by sexual violence, and mixed gender studies. Third, research methods were found to have been widely used in the order of quantitative research, qualitative research, mixed research, and literature research. Fourth, as a result of classifying research contents as preventive intervention and therapeutic intervention according to the purpose of crisis intervention, therapeutic intervention research was carried out more than preventive intervention research. Many studies were conducted in the order of psychological treatment, education, other, education and psychological treatment, and activities as methods of crisis intervention. Based on the analysis of the main intervention factors and effectiveness factors of each study, this study suggested the direction of crisis intervention for sexual violence in schools.
