유아교육기관 개인 및 조직의 정서역량 증진을 위한 프로그램 개발 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관의 개인 및 조직차원에서 필요로 하는 정서역량을 기반으로 체계적인 요구분석을 통하여 유아교육기관의 정서역량 증진을 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 CBC(Competency-Based Curriculum) 개발과정에 따라 요구분석, 교육체계도 개발, 교육과정 프로파일과 교육프로그램 개발의 과정으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교육기관 교원의 직급별 정서역량 교육요구의 최우선순위를 분석한 결과, 공통적으로 ‘스트레스 관리, 융통성, 갈등관리, 의사소통’에서 교육요구가 높게 나타났으며, 공통요인 외에 원감·주임교사는 ‘공감 및 타인존중’이, 원장은 ‘자기정서인식, 공감 및 타인존중, 조직이해’역량에 대한 교육요구가 추가적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 교육요구분석을 통해 도출된 최우선순위 정서역량을 기초로 교육내용을 도출하고 직급별 선택과정과 공통 필수과정으로 교육 체계도를 개발하고 교육과정 프로파일과 교육프로그램을 개발하였으며, 전문가 내용타당도 검토를 거쳐 내용을 수정·보완하였다. 최종 개발된 정서역량 증진 프로그램은 7회기의 교육주제에 따른 15차시 프로그램으로 구성되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop education program to improve emotional competency in childhood education center on the basis of teachers’ education needs by rank for emotional competency at individual and organizational level. To that end, this study employed CBC(Competency-Based Curriculum) model that was gone according to needs analysis-curriculum development steps. The findings of the study were as follows: First, 690 early childhood teachers were surveyed. There were differences in educational needs for emotional competency according to the rank of teachers, but the emotional competencies of the directors, assistant directors, and teachers all had as a priority list of emotional competency were found to be four factors: ‘stress management’, ‘flexibility’ of the individual emotional management and ‘conflict management’, ‘communication’ of the group emotional management. Second, an emotional competency improvement program model at individual and organizational level in early childhood education center was designed on the basis of the priority list of teachers’ educational needs by rank. The designed program model was consulted by experts for verifying content validity and then 7 courses and 15 periods were developed on the basis of revised program model.
