예비유아교사의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 협동역량, 창의융합역량과 대학생활적응의 관계와 창의융합역량의 매개 효과를 알아봄으로써 대학생활적응 향상 및 예비유아교사 역량 강화 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기, 전북 지역 3곳의 유아교육과 학생을 대상으로 2020년 5월 1일부터 6월 15일까지 설문조사를 하였고 회수된 210부 중 최종 152부를 분석 대상으로 하여 다음과 같은 주요결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 협동역량, 창의융합역량과 대학생활적응과의 관계를 알아본 결과, 협동역량과 창의융합역량이 높을수록 대학생활적응도 높아지는 것으로 나타나 협동역량과 창의융합역량이 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 협동역량과 대학생활적응의 관계에서 창의융합역량은 부분매개변수로서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 향후 유아교사양성과정의 교육과정에서 예비교사의 협동역량과 창의융합역량을 증진하기 위한 지속적인 노력이 필요하며, 유아교육 현장성을 강화한 교육과정 운영 및 다양한 교수법 활용을 통해 역량 함양 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the relationship between cooperative and creative convergence competencies and college life adaptation, and to examine whether the creative convergence competency would mediate the correlation between cooperative competency and college life adaptation in pre-service early childhood teachers. One hundred fifty two students majoring early childhood education at 3 universities in Gyeonggi and Jeonbuk area participated in the study. This study results are as follows; First, pre-service early childhood teacher who has higher cooperative and creative convergence competencies showed significantly higher level of college life adaptation. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers’ creative convergence competency partially mediates the relationship between cooperative competency and college life adaptation. This study determined the importance of cooperative and creative convergence competencies for college life adaptation. It is necessary to develop these competencies by operating the curriculum that strengthened the field connection of early childhood education and utilizing various teaching methods.
