유아교사의 구성주의 교육신념과 교수효능감이 교사-유아관계에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 구성주의 교육신념과 교수효능감이 교사-유아 관계에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 이를 위해 P시에 소재한 어린이집에 재직 중에 유아교사 217명을 대상으로 그들의 구성주의 교육신념, 교수효능감, 그리고 교사-유아의 관계를 측정하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 평균, 표준편차, 상관분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 유아교사의 구성주의 교육신념, 교수효능감, 교사-유아관계의 일반적 경향은 모두 평균 이상을 나타내었다. 그리고 구성주의 교육신념과 교수효능감은 모두 교사-유아 관계에 영향을 미쳤는데, 그 중에서도 교수효능감이 구성주의 교육신념보다 설명력이 높게 나타났다. 나아가 구성주의 교육신념 교수효능감의 하위변인 중 개인적 교수효능감이 교사-유아관계에 영향을 끼치는 변인으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 교사의 구성주의 교육신념, 교수효능감 모두 교사-유아 관계에 영향을 미치지만, 그 중에서도 교수효능감이 우세하며, 구성주의적 신념과 개인적 교수 효능감이 교사-유아 관계와 밀접하게 관련이 있다는 것을 보여주는 것으로서 교육 현장에 시사하는 바가 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of early childhood teacher s educational beliefs and teaching efficacy on the teacher-child relationship. To this end, this study measured their educational beliefs, teaching efficacy, and relationship with infants in 217 pre-school teachers while working in day care centers located in P. For the analysis of the collected data, mean, standard deviation, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed. As a result of the study, the educational beliefs, teaching efficacy, and general tendency of teacher-toddler relationships were all above average. In addition, both educational belief and teaching efficacy had an effect on the teacher-child relationship, among which teaching efficacy showed higher explanatory power than educational belief. Furthermore, the constructivist educational belief among the sub-variables of educational beliefs, and the individual teaching efficacy among the sub-variants of teaching efficacy were identified as variables affecting the teacher-child relationship. These results affect the teacher s educational beliefs and teaching efficacy both in the teacher-infant relationship, but among them, the teaching efficacy prevails, and the constructive beliefs and personal teaching efficacy are closely related to the teacher-toddler relationship as the lower variables of the two variables. It shows that it is related.
