팀학습활동에서 간호학생의 갈등 해결 경험에 대한 근거이론적 접근

국문 초록

본 연구는 근거이론 방법을 통해 팀학습활동에서 간호학생이 경험하는 갈등을 이해하고 갈등을 어떻게 해결해 나가는지 그 과정을 분석하고자 실시하였다. 연구 참여자는 간호학과에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 학생 12명이었으며, 심층 면담에서 새로운 개념이 드러나지 않는 포화 상태에 도달할 때까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2020년 7월 11일부터 9월 2일까지였다. 자료 분석은 근거이론 방법에서 제시한 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩의 절차에 따라 분석하였다. 연구를 분석한 결과 팀학습활동에서 간호학생이 갈등 해결 과정을 통해 경험하는 중심현상은 ‘자기인식과 타인이해의 상호작용’이었다. 팀학습활동에서 간호학생의 갈등 해결 과정 4단계는 ‘상호작용 시작의 단계’, ‘충돌의 단계’, ‘수용의 단계’, ‘성장의 단계’로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 팀학습활동에서 연구 참여자들은 자신과 다른 타인으로 인해 갈등을 경험하지만 타인을 통해 자신을 인식하고 다시 이를 토대로 타인을 수용하고 타인과 협력함으로써 함께 성장해 나가고 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to understand the conflicts that nursing students experience in team learning activities and to analyze the process of how they resolve the conflicts through the grounded theory method. The research participants were 12 students in the 3rd and 4th grades from the department of nursing, and the data were collected through in-depth interviews until the saturation was reached, where no new concepts were revealed . The data collection period was from July 11 to September 2, 2020. Data analysis was performed according to the procedure of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding, which were suggested in the grounded theory method. The results showed that the central phenomenon experienced by nursing students through the conflict resolution process in team learning activities was the interaction between self-awareness and other-awareness . The four stages of the conflict resolution process of nursing students in team learning activities were identified as the stage of interaction start , the stage of conflict , the stage of acceptance , and the stage of growth . Through the results of this study, it was found that the research participants were aware of themselves through others although they experienced conflicts while being aware of others as well as themselves, and based on this, they experienced the process of growing together with others by accepting and cooperating with others.
