국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 COVID-19로 인해 비대면이 지속하는 상황에서, 비대면 수업방법과 수업만족도는 교수자의 비대면 수업 준비도와 학생의 수업참여 의지가 중요하다는 것을 확인하는 데 있다. 특히, 학생의 수업참여 의지는 교수자의 비대면 수업 준비에 따라 좌우된다는 사실을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 K 대학 1000명의 수업평가 자료를 분석하였다. 이 연구를 위해 빈도, 평균, 상관관계, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도, 회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비대면 수업방법과 수업만족도 간의 관계에서 수업참여 의지는 부분 매개가 있었다. 둘째, 비대면 수업방법과 수업참여 의지 간의 관계에서 교수자의 비대면 수업 준비도는 조절 효과가 있었다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 이론적, 연구 방법적, 실천적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to confirm that in a situation where un-contact classes continue due to COVID-19, un-contact teaching methods and class satisfaction are important to professors’ preparation for un-contact classes and students’ willingness to participate in classes. In particular, it is to confirm the fact that student’s willingness to participate in class depends on the professor’s preparation for an un-contact class. For this purpose, the class evaluation data of 1,000 K University students were analyzed. For this study, frequency, mean, correlation, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability, and regression analysis methods were used. The study results are as follows. First, in the relationship between the un-contact class method and class satisfaction, the will to participate in class was partially mediated. Second, in the relationship between the un-contact teaching method and the will to participate in the class, the professors’ preparation for the un-contact class had a moderating effect. Based on the results of this study, theoretical, research methods, and practical implications were presented.
