국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 진로교육과 관련된 진로탐색 및 구직준비 같은 요소들이 지방대학 주요 계열 대학생들의 창업적성수준에 끼치는 영향이 어느 정도인지 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 기존 개발된 구직준비도, 대학생진로준비도, 창업준비수준과 관련된 지표를 측정에 이용하였다. 그리하여 경찰경호, 보건복지, 항공관광 3개 계열을 포함하는 181명 대학생의 데이터를 수집하였으며 기술통계, 상관분석, 하위요인별 회기분석을 실시하여 결과값을 도출하였다. 본 연구결과는 크게 두 가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 구직준비도 및 대학생진로준비도가 대학생 창업적성수준에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다. 특히 하위요인 차원에서는 대학차원에서는 진로탐색 및 가족의지지가중요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 계열별에 따라 다른 요인이 창업적성수준을 높일 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 계열별로 특성화된 창업교육 프로그램이 필요하다는 것을 유추해 볼 수 있다. 그리하여 본 연구는 지방소재 4년제 대학차원에서, 창업 및 창직 활성화를 위해 어떠한 창업프로그램을 계열별로 특성화할지에 대해 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of factors such as career exploration and job search preparation on the entrepreneurial aptitude level of local college students. For this purpose, previously developed indicators related to job search readiness, college student career readiness, and start-up readiness level were used for measurement. Thus, data of 181 college students including three faculties of police, health, and aviation were collected, and the results were derived by performing descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis for each sub-factor. The results of this study can be summarized in two main ways. First, it was confirmed that job search readiness and college career readiness have an effect on college students’ entrepreneurial aptitude level. In particular, at the sub-factor level, it was confirmed that career exploration and family support were important at the university level. Second, it was confirmed that different factors for each department can increase the level of entrepreneurial aptitude. From this, it can be inferred that a specialized entrepreneurship education program for each department is necessary. Therefore, it is expected that this study will be used to determine which startup programs to characterize by department at the local university level.
