창의적 체험 활동과 ｢진로와 직업｣ 교과수업 연계 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 전환기 중학생의 진로의사결정 능력에 초점을 맞추어 일회성 이벤트 체험으로 운영되는 경우가 많은창 체 진로활동과 학교 진로교육 활동 중에서 가장 많은 비중을 차지하는 진로 교과수업을 연계하여 학교 진로교육의 활동이 별개의 교육 내용으로 이루어지는 것이 아닌, 실질적으로 진로 개발 역량을 함양할 수 있도록 운영하는 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해서 문헌분석, 프로그램 개발, 전문가 평가를 실시하였다. 문헌 연구를 통해 학생들의요구 조사 및 진로 교과 운영의 문제점, 창 체 진로활동의 현황 등을 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 전환기 중학생들의진로개발 역량 요소를 선정하여 창 체 진로활동과 진로 교과의 연계 프로그램을 구안하였다. 개발된 프로그램의타당성을 검증하기 위해서 전문가 평가를 실시하였으며 전문가들의 의견과 평가를 반영하여 개선된 연계 방안과 활동 지도 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 프로그램이 현장에 잘 적용된다면 진로의사결정 능력 함양을 위한 진로 교과수업, 진로진학 체험 활동, 진로진학상담이 연결된 상호보완적인 진로교육이 가능하리라고 기대할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study is to focus on the career decision-making ability of middle school students in the transition period, and to suggest an operational plan linking creative experiential activities and school career courses so that they can practically cultivate career development capabilities. Literature analysis, program development, and expert evaluation were conducted to achieve the research purpose. Through literature analysis, a program linking career activities with career subjects was prepared by examining the needs of students, problems in the operation of the career curriculum, and the current status of career activities in the transition period. To verify the feasibility of the developed program, expert evaluation was conducted, and improved linkages measures and activity guidance measures were presented by reflecting the opinions and evaluations of experts. If the program of this study is well applied to the field, it can be expected that complementary career education will be possible, which connects career curriculum classes, career entrance experience activities, and career entrance counseling.
