교원 임용시험 합격에 영향을 미치는 변인 탐색

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 임용시험 합격 여부에 영향을 미치는지 변인을 확인하고, 이를 바탕으로 향후 교사를 희망하는 학생들에게 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 방안을 제안하는데 있다. 방법 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 4학년 학생 412명 대상으로 개인 특성, 대학 입학 및 생활 특성, 임용시험관련 특성변인과 임용합격여부로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 임용시험 합격 여부에 영향을 주는 변인 초등 및 중등 구분, 수업태도, 학업성취도, 임용시험 관련 특강, 스터디 참여 정도, 최근 학기 임용시험 관련 지도교수와 면담정도 등을 나타났다. 결론 임용시험 합격을 위해 임용시험을 볼 전공을 선택하는 것이 우선적으로 중요하지만, 그 후, 전공에 대한 만족도를 높이는 것이 합격에 영향을 주기 때문에 이에 대한 개선이 필요하고, 수업태도, 학점이 중요한 요인을 작용하기 때문에 대학 전체의 교육 서비스 질 향상이라는 관점에서 접근할 필요하며, 임용시험을 위한 체계적인 프로그램 제공 및 진로에 대한 확고한 방향설정 및 임용에 대한 목적의식을 가질 수 있는 상담이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to identify variables that affect whether or not a candidate passes the teacher recruitment exam, and based on this, to suggest measures that can provide practical help to students who wish to become prospective teachers in the future. Methods A survey was conducted on 412 preservice teachers. The analysis method was logistic regression analysis. Results The variables that affected whether or not they passed the teacher certification exam were (1) elementary and secondary classification, (2) class attitude, (3) academic achievement(GPA), (4) degree of participation in special lectures and studies related to the teacher recruitment exam, and (5) degree of interview with professor related to the teacher recruitment exam in the most recent semester. Conclusions Choosing a major is the first priority for passing the employment exam, but after that, improving satisfaction with the major you belong to affects your chances of passing, so this needs to be improved. Class attitude and grades are important factors, it needs to be approached from the perspective of improving the quality of educational services for the entire university. It is necessary to provide a systematic program for the teacher recruitment exam, set a firm direction for your career path, and provide counseling that can help you have a sense of purpose for employment.
