학교 밖 청소년의 해결중심 짝 그룹 미술치료 사례연구: 자아탄력성 및 진로결정 자기효능감을 중심으로

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 경기도 D시 학교밖 청소년 지원센터를 이용하는 청소년을 대상으로 해결중심 짝 그룹 미술치료를 적용함으로써 청소년들의 자아탄력성 및 진로결정 자기효능감의 변화양상을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 경기도 소재 D시 K센터를 이용하는 청소년 2명을 참여자로 주 1회 회기당 60분씩 총 10회기의 해결중심 짝 그룹 미술치료를 실시하였고, 기관 보고 및 면담 자료, 회기 평가 및 관찰일지, 사과 따는 사람 그림검사(Person Picking an Apple from a Tree: PPAT)를 자료로 수집하여 자아탄력성 및 진로결정자기효능감의 변화 양상을 질적으로 분석하였다. 결과 해결중심 짝 그룹 미술치료를 실행한 결과, 흥미와 관심의 다양성, 감정조절 능력, 긍정적 미래지향성 능력의 긍정적 변화를 확인하였다. 또한, 목표선택, 직업정보, 문제해결, 미래해결을 중심으로 한 진로결정 자기효능감의 긍정적 변화를 확인하였다. 결론 본 연구는 해결중심 짝 그룹 미술치료의 효과성을 확인하였으며, 학교 밖 청소년의 자아탄력성 및 진로결정 자기효능감 개입의 임상자료를 제공하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify changes in adolescents' ego resilience and career decision self-efficacy by applying solution-focused pair group art therapy to adolescents who use the out-of-school youth support center in D-city, Gyeonggi-do. Methods For this purpose, we conducted a total of 10 sessions of solution-focused pair group art therapy once a week for 60 minutes per session with two adolescents using the K Center in City D, located in Gyeonggi-do, and collected data from institutional reports and interviews, session evaluations and observation logs, and apologies. We collected data from the Person Picking an Apple from a Tree (PPAT) test and qualitatively analyzed changes in ego resilience and career decision self-efficacy. Results As a result of implementing solution-focused pair group art therapy, positive changes were confirmed in interest and diversity of interests, emotion regulation ability, and positive future orientation ability. In addition, positive changes in career decision self-efficacy centered on goal selection, job information, problem solving, and future resolution were confirmed. Conclusions This study confirmed the effectiveness of solution-focused pair group art therapy and was significant in that it provided clinical data for intervention on ego resilience and career decision-making self-efficacy in out-of-school youth.
