간호대학생의 사회정서역량이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 사회정서역량이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 연구 대상은 C도에 소재한 2개의 4년제 대학 간호학과 재학생으로 2023년 6월 7일부터 7월 말까지 자기 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 197명의 자료는 SPSS WIN 22.0 프로그램의 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 간호대학생의 사회정서역량의 평균은 4.06±0.49점이었으며 하위영역은 관계관리, 책임있는 의사결정, 자기인식, 타인인식, 자기조절 순이었다. 대학생활적응의 평균은 3.68±0.58점이었고 하위영역은 학업충실도, 대인관계, 대처역량, 전공만족, 취업준비, 전공수월성 순이었다. 대학생활적응은 사회정서역량과 양의 상관관계가 있었다(r=0.71, p<.001). 간호대학생의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 사회정서역량(ß=.694, p<.001), 성격(ß=.191, p=.014)이었고, 가장 영향력이 큰 변수는 사회정서역량이었으며 이들 변수의 총 설명력은 52.1%이었다. 결론 간호대학생의 대학생활적응을 지원하기 위해 사회정서역량의 수준을 높이고 강화할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하고, 이를 교육 현장에서 활용하고 지속적으로 관리할 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of social emotional competency on college life adjustment in nursing university students. Methods The subjects of the study were 197 nursing students enrolled in a four-year two university located in city C, and the data were collected from June 7 to the end of July 2023 using a self-report questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and hierarchical regression analysis using the SPSS WIN 22.0 statistical program. Results The average social emotional competency of the nursing students was 4.06±0.49, and the sub-domains were ranked by relationship management, responsible decision making, self-awareness, social awareness, and self-management. The average college life adjustment was 3.68±0.58, and the sub-domains were ranked by academic fidelity, interpersonal relationships, active coping, major satisfaction, job preparation, and major excellence. College life adjustment was positively correlated with social emotional competency (r=0.71, p<.001). The factors affecting the subjects' college life adjustment were social emotional competency (ß=.694, p<.001) and personality (ß=.191, p=.014), and the most influential variable was social emotional competency, and the total explanatory power of these variables was 52.1%. Conclusions In order to support nursing student's college life adjustment It is suggested to development a program that can improve and strengthen the level of social emotional competency, and utilizing it in educational setting and continuously managing it.
