예비특수교사의 체육 교수전문성 발달을 위한 프로그램 운영 경험

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 체육 교수전문성 프로그램 운영 과정에서 겪는 고민과 걱정의 주요 요체가 무엇인지, 수행 과정에서 경험하는 주요 고민과 걱정거리를 어떠한 방법으로 해결해 나가는지, 그리고 이를 통해 예비특수교사를 가르치는 교사교육자로서 어떻게 성장하는 지를 구체적으로 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 셀프 연구 방법을 활용하여 체육 교수전문성 프로그램 개발과 적용 과정, 그리고 성장과 관련된 교육적 경험을 제시하였다. 그리고 연구자 스스로 기록한 자기 성찰지와 강의계획서 등을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료 분석은 Spradley(1979)가 제안한 영역 분석과 분류 분석을 활용하여 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 결과 예비특수교사의 체육 교수전문성 발달을 위한 프로그램의 고민과 걱정의 주요 요체는 ‘신념과 현실의 간극’, ‘프로그램 변주의 조율’ 로 나타났다. 또한 체육 교수전문성 프로그램을 개발하고 난 후, 적용 과정에서 파생하는 어려움과 혼란을 해결하기 위해 ‘체념과 전략적 순응’, ‘정체성 내 타협과 절충하기’의 방법으로 체육 교수전문성의 실천 가능성을 배가시킬 수 있었다. 그리고 연구 참여자이자 ‘나’는 ‘반성적 실천가: 통찰과 실천적 지평 확장’, ‘맞춤형 내용교수지식의 확장: 몰입과 배움의 이중주’ 라는 교사교육자로 거듭날 수 있었다. 결론 체육 교수전문성 프로그램의 개발과 적용에서 드러난 실천적 행동과 이를 이끌어내는 전략적 사고를 수정함으로써 현실의 총체적인 문제점을 개선할 수 있는 실천적 전문가로서의 역량을 함양할 수 있었다. 그리고 체육 교수전문성을 기르기 위해서는 일방적이고 편향적인 과정이 아닌 공동문화와의 상호작용이 필요하다. 또한 진정한 교육의 변화를 위해서는 학습자의 실천 의지와 배움을 추구하는 열정이 필요하며 이러한 개인적 신념 외에도 전문가와의 협력적인 도움과 탐구의 과정이 교육이 추구하는 진정한 변화를 이끌어낼 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to specifically suggest what are the main subjects of worries and worries experienced in the process of operating a physical education teaching professionalism program, how to solve the major concerns and worries experienced in the process of performance, and what kind of educational experts grow as a teacher educator who teaches preservice special education teachers. Methods For this purpose, the self-research method was used to present educational experiences related to the development, application process, and growth of the physical education teaching professionalism program, and data were collected through self-reflection sheets and syllabuses recorded by the researchers themselves. The collected data were analyzed using the area analysis and classification analysis proposed by Spradley(1979). Results The main subjects of worry and concern about the program for the development of physical education teaching professionalism of pre-service special education teachers were the gap between belief and reality, and the coordination of program variation. In addition, after developing the physical education teaching professionalism program, it was possible to double the possibility of practicing physical education teaching professionalism in order to solve the difficulties and confusion that arise in the application process by means of ‘resignation and strategic adaptation’ and ‘compromise and compromise within identity’. In addition, as a research participant and participant, he was able to be reborn as a teacher educator called ‘reflective practitioner: insight and practical horizon expansion’, ‘customized content pedagogical knowledge expansion: dualism of immersion and learning’. Conclusions By modifying the practical behaviors revealed in the development and application of the physical education teaching professionalism program and the strategic thinking that leads to such practical behaviors, it was possible to cultivate the capacity as a practical expert to improve the overall problems of reality. In order to develop professionalism in physical education, it is necessary to have mutual interaction with common culture rather than one-sided and biased process. In order to make a real change in education, it is necessary for learners to have a willingness to practice and passion to pursue learning. In addition to such personal beliefs, it is confirmed that cooperative assistance with experts and the process of inquiry can lead to a real change pursued by education.
