2,30대 성인의 완벽주의적 자기제시와 SNS중독경향성의 관계: 온·오프라인 자기불일치와 정서조절곤란의 매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 완벽주의적 자기제시와 SNS중독경향성의 관계에서 온·오프라인 자기불일치와 정서조절곤란이 이를 매개하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 2,30대 성인 530명(남: 223명, 여: 307명)을 대상으로 한국판 완벽주의적 자기제시 척도(Perfectionistic Self-Presentation Scale-Korean Version: PSPS-K), 자기불일치 척도, 한국판 정서조절곤란 척도(K-Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale: K-DERS), SNS중독경향성 척도를 사용하여 온라인으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 26과 AMOS 22 프로그램을 이용하였다. 결과 첫째, 상관분석 결과, 완벽주의적 자기제시, SNS중독경향성, 온·오프라인 자기불일치 및 정서조절곤란의 모든 변인 간에는 유의한 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 구조경로 분석 결과, 온·오프라인 자기불일치와 정서조절곤란은 완벽주의적 자기제시와 SNS중독경향성의 관계를 매개하였고 완전매개 모형이 부분매개 모형보다 자료에 더 적합하다는 것을 확인하였다. 결론 본 연구의 결과 상담 장면에서 완벽주의적 자기제시 성향의 내담자가 SNS중독경향성을 호소할 경우 온라인과 오프라인 맥락에서 대인관계에 관한 자기개념의 불일치 수준을 감소시키고 정서조절의 어려움을 다루는 것이 효과적임을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점을 제시하고 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The study aimed to explore how online-offline self-discrepancy and emotional dysregulation mediate the link between perfectionistic self-presentation and social networking site (SNS) addiction tendency. Methods 530 participants in their twenties and thirties completed an online survey with measures including Perfectionistic Self-Presentation Scale - Korean version(PSPS-K), SNS Addiction Tendency Scale, Online-Offline Self-Discrepancy Scale, and K-Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale(K-DERS). Results Results showed significant positive correlations between all predictors and SNS addiction tendency. Path analyses revealed both online-offline self-discrepancy and emotional dysregulation as significant mediators. The full mediation model had better fit than partial mediation. Conclusions Counseling strategies for SNS addiction in individuals with perfectionistic self-presentation should target reducing online-offline self-discrepancy and managing emotional dysregulation. The study acknowledges its limitations and suggests avenues for further research.
