중학생의 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 중학생이 지각하는 체험활동, 참여만족도, 협동의식, 자아존중감, 삶의 만족 변인 간의 관계에 대해파악하고자 한 것으로써, 이를 위해 한국아동 청소년패널 조사(KCYPS) 2018, 3차 중학생 데이터 2,384명의 자료를 사용하였으며, 최종 분석대상은 남녀 중학생 630명이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 program을활용하여 기술통계와 상관분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 사용하여 검증하였다. 중학생의 삶의 만족 연구모형의 분석결과, 참여만족도에서 협동의식 변인, 협동의식에서 자아존중감 변인, 자아존중감에서 삶의 만족 변인에 이르는 경로는 각각 정적으로 유의미한 직접효과가 나타났다. 그리고 참여만족도에서 삶의 만족 변인 간에 협동의식과 자아존중감 변인은 유의미한 간접효과를 나타낸 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 학생들의 더 나은 삶의 만족을위한 실천적 방법의 제고 마련과 근거 정보 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 체험활동 프로그램의 체계적인 학습과정 및 평가, 사후관리를 통해 참여만족도를 향상하도록 하고, 양적 질적 부분을 명확히 평가할 수 있는 차별화된프로그램 설계를 구성하여 능동적인 공동체 활동 및 지지를 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship among the variables perceived by middle school students: experiential activities, participation satisfaction, cooperative consciousness, self-esteem, and life satisfaction. For this purpose, the data of 2,384 middle school students from the 3rd round of the Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) 2018 was used, and the final analysis target was 630 male and female middle school students. Data analysis was verified using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 program. Analysis result of life satisfaction research model of middle school students, the path from participation satisfaction to the cooperative consciousness variable, the path from the cooperative consciousness to the self-esteem variable, and the path from the self-esteem to the life satisfaction variable all showed a statically significant direct effect. And it was confirmed that the cooperative consciousness and self-esteem variables showed significant indirect effects between participation satisfaction and life satisfaction variables. The results of this study can be used as a source of information and improvement of practical methods for better life satisfaction of students. Through systematic learning process, evaluation, and follow-up management of the experiential activity program, participation satisfaction is improved, and a differentiated program design that can clearly evaluate quantitative and qualitative aspects is proposed to suggest active community activities and support.
