회상과 감각자극 원예치료가 말기암 환자의 타액산도와 심박동수에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 말기암 환자의 회상과 감각자극으로 원예치료를 하였을 때 정적 정서의 표현이 많았던 것으로 정적정서의 표현과 부교감신경계와의 관계를 알아보고자 타액산도와 심박동수를 측정하였다. 원예치료 프로그램 실시전과 후에 타액산도와 심박동수를 측정하였을 때 타액산도는 유의한 변화는 없었지만(p=.236), 심박동수는 유의한감소가 있었다(p=.003). 이러한 심박동수의 수치 변화는 부교감신경계의 활성에 도움이 되었다고 보인다. 이상과같이 회상과 감각자극을 이용한 원예치료는 말기암 환자의 부교감신경계의 활성으로 정서적 안정감에 도움을 줄수 있을 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

In this study, when horticultural therapy was performed with recoll and sensory stimulation of terminal cancer patients, there were many expressions of positive emotions, and saliva acidity and heart rate were measured to find out the relationship between the expression of positive emotions and the parasympathetic nervous system. There was no significant change in salivary acidity when the salivary acidity and heart rate were measured before and after the horticultural therapy program was implemented (p=.236), there was a significant decrease in heart rate (p=.003). This change in the number of heart rates seems to have helped the parasympathetic nervous system. As described above, horticultural therapy using recollection and sensory stimulation is expected to help emotional stability through the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system in terminal cancer patients
