일본 평생학습의 AI정보화 실현 가능성에 대한 교육적 고찰

국문 초록

종래의 교육은 시장 변화에 민감한 적응력과 노동력의 확보·유지를 위한 도구적 학습에 치우친나머지 정보기술의 주체적 선택·활용 가능한 능력육성을 도외시해 왔다고 해도 과언이 아닐 것이다. 이러한 주체적 결정과 선택의 영역은 교육학 연구와 실천 영역에 관한 학습을 통해 가능할 것이다. 따라서 이는 언제 어디에서 누구나 스스로가 생각하고 행동·실천 가능한 개인의 주체적 학습과 자기성장 촉진을 도모해 온 평생학습 지원체계의 정보화 실현에 착목해야 하는 이유이며 교양을 기반으로한 교육학이 다시 도약해야 하는 이유인 문제의식에 입각하여 주체성이 불가결한 AI시대 철학적 지식의토대라고 할 수 있는 지(知)의 성과를 도출하고 그 지(知)를 공유한다는 맥락에서 일본 평생학습의정보화 실현 가능성 검토를 교육학적 사유의 필요성을 제시함을 그 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 일본평생학습의 개념 변용과 정보화 정책에서 드러난 학습의 지향점과 이 과정에서 구축하고자 한 평생학습사회에 대해 살펴봄으로써 신미래 기술과 접목한 평생학습 추진체계의 교육적 의의와 그 시사점에대하여 교육학적으로 고찰, 이해하고자 한다.

영문 초록

It is no exaggeration to say that the existing education system has focused on instrumental learning for securing andmaintaining the labor force and to ensure that students are sensitive enough to adapt to market changes, but that it hasalso neglected to impart to students the ability to select and utilize information technology. This area of subjective decisionmaking and choice will be made possible through study in the field of humanities and its research and practice methods. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the possibility of realizing the informatization of lifelong learning inJapan in the context of sharing knowledge and deriving the achievement of knowledge, which can be said to be the basisof philosophical knowledge in the AI era. Such a statement is based on the problem of consciousness, and is a strong reasonwhy the humanities should take a leap again into the field of AI. The purpose of this study is to present the necessityof humanistic thinking. Specifically, this study examines the educational significance and implications of the lifelong learningpromotion system combined with Shin Mi-rae technology by examining the concept of lifelong learning in Japan, the orientationof learning revealed in information policy, and the lifelong learning society to be built in this process.
