국문 초록

본 연구는 대학 인성교육의 한계점을 밝히고 좋은 삶을 위한 행복 교육의 필요성과 방향성을 논의하고 ,자 했다 최근 인성은 미래사회역량으로서 강조되고 있고 미래 사회 주역으로서 젊은이들의 건강한 인성은 매우 중요한 문제다 그럼에도 대학 인성교육은 여전히 실질적인 구현에서 많은 혼란이 있다. 대학 인성교육은 대학생들의 필요와 동기유발에는 부족했고 특히 우리 사회 젊은이들의 정신건강에 도움이 되지 못했다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 주목하여 실제 학생들을 대상으로 설문 조사와 문헌 연구를 통해 자기 타자 세계를 아우르는 행복교육이 필요함을 주장했다 그러한 행복교육이 현실적으로 대학생들의 필요와 요구임을 설명하려고 했다 특히 대학생들의 내면적 건강을 위한 자기이해 시간이 필요하다고 강조했다 또한 행복교육에서 실존적 삶의 의미 탐구가 중요함을 밝히려고 했고 행복교육 매개체로서의 가치관 성찰 그리고 문학적 상상력과 토의 상담적 대화를 강조했다 이번 연구는 대학에서 행복교육의 필요성과 그 방향성을 살펴보는 제안이기에 실질적인 효과성을 검증할 구체적이고 후속적인실행연구가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study tried to reveal the limitations of university character education and to discuss the necessity and specific directionof happiness education in order for students to attain good life. Recently, character has been emphasized as a future socialcompetency. This is because our future societies are going to require healthy personalities among our current crop of youthas they take up their roles within them. Nevertheless, character education in university is still surrounded by a lot confusionwhen it comes to its practical implementation. Character education in university was insufficient in meeting the needs andmotivations of university students, and in particular, it was not helpful for the mental health of young people in our society. This study paid attention to these points and argued that happiness education encompassing self-other-world is necessarythrough surveys and literature studies for students. I tried to explain precisely why such happiness education is needed amonguniversity students. In particular, I stressed the need for self-understanding time in order to foster the inner health of universitystudents. In addition, this study tried to reveal the importance of exploring the meaning of existential life in happiness educationand emphasized values, literay imagination and counseling dialogues as a mediums for happiness education. Since this studyis a proposal to examine the necessity and direction of happiness education in universities, concrete and follow-up practicalstudies are needed to verify its practical effectiveness.
