유아교사의 행복감, 정서표현성, 교수몰입이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 유아교사의 행복감, 정서표현성, 교수몰입 및 교수창의성의 일반적인 경향을 살펴보고, 이들 변인 간의 관계를 파악하여 유아교사의 행복감, 정서표현성, 교수몰입이 교수창의성에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법 경남지역 유아교사를 대상으로 한 조사연구로 2020년 12월 21일부터 2021년 1월 15일까지 자료를 수집하였고, 회수된 설문지 337부를 SPSS 25.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 결과 유아교사의 행복감, 정서표현성, 교수몰입 및 교수창의성은 전반적으로 중간보다 높은 수준으로 나타났고, 교사의 학력, 경력, 근무유형에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 행복감, 정서표현성, 교수몰입, 교수창의성은 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교수창의성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인은 교수몰입의 하위요인인 내적동기이며, 다음으로 조절, 정서표현성, 자연스러운 수행의 순으로 나타났다. 결론 유아교사의 교수창의성을 증진시키기 위해 교수몰입을 높이고 긍정적인 정서표현성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aims to examine the general tendency of early childhood teachers happiness, emotional expressiveness, teaching flow and teaching creativity, to understand the relationship between these variables, and to analyze the effects of early childhood teachers happiness, emotional expressiveness, and teaching flow on teaching creativity. Methods This survey research of early childhood teachers in Gyeongnam area, Data were collected from December 21, 2020 to January 15, 2021, using 337 collected questionnaires were analyzed through SPSS 25.0 program. Results Happiness, emotional expressiveness, teaching flow and teaching creativity of early childhood teachers were comprehensively higher than the middle levels and they had statistically significant differences depending on general characteristics including education, career, and institutional type of teachers. All happiness, emotional expressiveness, teaching flow and teaching creativity had significantly positive correlations. the factor with the highest influences on teaching creativity was internal motive, a sub-element of teaching flow, and then, adjusting, emotional expressiveness, and natural performance followed in order. Conclusions In order to improve early childhood teachers’ teaching creativity, it is necessary to strengthen teaching flow and seek ways to improve positive emotional expression of early childhood teachers.
