아동양육시설 유아의 심리사회적 발달을 위한 자연물 미술치료 프로그램 개발 및 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 아동양육시설 유아의 심리사회적 문제 해결에 관한 심리적 측면과 전인적 발달을 돕는 교육적 측면에서 자연물 미술치료를 개발하고 그 효과를 검증해보고자 한다. 아동양육시설 유아의 경험과 의미를 기록하여 살펴보고 자연물 미술치료 과정 안에서 어떤 변화가 일어나는지 알아보며 그에 따른 의미를 탐색해 보고자 한다. 방법 수집한 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용해서 Cronbach s α, 독립⋅대응표본 t-test 분석을 하였다. 또한 유아의 행동 관찰기록과 작품, 연구자 저널 등을 분석하고 자료 속의 의미를 발견하였다. 결과 첫째, 자연물 미술치료는 아동양육시설 유아의 자기표현에 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자연물 미술치료는 아동양육시설 유아의 사회적 문제해결능력에 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자연물 미술치료는 아동양육시설 유아의 감성적 유능성에 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 본 연구의 자연물 미술치료는 아동양육시설 유아의 심리사회적 발달을 향상시켰다. 결론 향후 자연물 미술치료 프로그램은 심리사회적 발달에 어려움을 겪는 아동양육시설 유아에게 건강하고 올바른 사회 구성원으로 성장할 수 있도록 하는 긍정적인 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is to develop natural objects art therapy and investigate its effects on psychological aspects for psychosocial problem-solving and on educational aspects for holistic developments for the children in residential nurseries. It also investigates if there will be changes in the sessions of natural objects art therapy and its meaning by recording and examining the experiences of the children. Methods Cronbach s α, independent sample t-test, and corresponding sample t-test were analysed by the collected data using SPSS 23.0. Additionaly, significance was found by observing children s activities, their works, and researcher s journals. Results First, natural objects art therapy was significantly effective in the self-expression of children in residential nurseries. Second, natural objects art therapy was significantly effective in social problem-solving ability of children in the facilities. Third, natural objects art therapy was significantly effective in emotional competence of children in the facilities. In conclusion, it can be said that natural objects art therapy improves psychosocial developments of children in residential nurseries. Conclusions Based on such results, natural objects art therapy program would provide positive effects to children in the facilities whose psychosocial developments are in difficulties so that they can grow to become a healthy member of the society.
