국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 코로나-19로 인한 대학의 비대면 수업에서 간호대학생의 자기자비, 부정적 학습정서 및 학습참여가 학업만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 방법 자료수집은 일 개 대학 간호대학생 200명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌으며 최종 집계된 159부를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 27.0을 사용하였으며, 기술통계, 피어슨 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석으로 확인하였다. 결과 자기자비 3.29점(5점 만점), 부정적 학습정서 2.87점(6점 만점), 학습참여 3.59점(4점 만점), 학업만족 3.59(5점 만점)이었다. 비대면 수업에서 대상자의 학업만족은 부정적 학습정서와 부적 상관관계를 학습참여와 정적 상관관계를 나타냈으며 자기자비와는 유의한 상관관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석에서 학업만족에 유의한 영향요인으로 부정적 학습정서와 학습참여인 것으로 나타났으며 36.7%의 설명력을 보였다. 결론 본 연구는 비대면 수업에서 간호대학생의 학업만족에 있어 부정적 학습정서와 학습참여가 중요한 요인임을 확인하였다. 따라서 비대면 수업에서 간호대학생의 학업만족을 높이기 위해서는 부정적 학습정서를 제거하고 학습참여를 높일 수 있는 다양한 교수학습 전략을 개발 및 적용해야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of self-compassion, negative learning emotions, and learning participation on academic satisfaction of nursing in untact lecture due to COVID-19. Methods Data collection was conducted through an online survey of 200 nursing students at a university, and the final 159 copies were used. The collected data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis, using SPSS/WIN 27.0 program. Results As a result of the study, self-compassion was 3.29 (out of 5), negative learning sentiment 2.87 (out of 6), learning participation 3.59 (out of 4), and academic satisfaction 3.59 (out of 5). In untact lecture, the subject s academic satisfaction showed a negative correlation with negative learning emotions, a positive correlation with learning participation, and no significant correlation with self-compassion. In the multiple regression analysis, negative learning emotions and learning participation were found to be significant influencing factors on academic satisfaction, which explained 36.7%. Conclusions This study reconfirmed that negative learning emotions and learning participation are important factors in the academic satisfaction of nursing students in untact lecture. Therefore, in order to increase the academic satisfaction of nursing students in untact lecture, it is necessary to develop and apply various teaching and learning strategies that can remove negative learning emotions and increase learning participation.
