국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나19로 인하여 비대면 대학강의를 한 저자의 경험을 탐색하는 데 있다. 그 과정에서 비대면 강의에 대한 인식, 어려움을 살펴보고, 나아가 대처방안을 모색하고자 했다. 방법 이를 수행하기 위해 선정한 연구방법은 내부자적 관점에서 조명하는 자문화기술지 연구방법이며, 절차는 연구주제의 선정, 자료수집, 자료분석과 자료해석, 자문화 글쓰기이다. 결과 본 연구결과, 연구자인 나는 순차적으로 5단계, 즉 1단계: 비대면 수업으로 전환, 2단계: 비대면 수업 준비, 3단계: 좌충우돌 적응과정, 4단계: 비대면 수업의 성숙기, 5단계:비대면 수업에의 정착기을 경험했고, 그 과정에서 첫째, 준비성, 둘째, 새로운 가능성과 지속적인 노력, 셋째, 환경적인 여건의 중요성, 넷째, 교수와 학생의 성장을 성찰하게 되었다. 결론 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 우리나라 대학의 한 교수자가 비대면 강의/수업에서 경험한 과정을 깊게 탐색하여 예시를 제공하므로 비대면 강의를 운영할 교수자의 역할에 기초자료가 될 것이다. 그리고 비대면 강의에서 직면한 문제를 해결한 경험적인 과정을 성찰함으로써 비대면 강의의 교육적인 한계뿐만 아니라 새로운 가능성 및 실제적인 대안을 동시에 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study explores the author s experience in conducting non-contact university lectures due to COVID-19. In the process of exploration, we tried to examine the perception and difficulties of non-contact lectures, and further to find ways to cope with them. Methods The research method selected to perform this is the research method of an autoethnography, which is illuminated from an insider s point of view, and the procedures are the selection of research topics, data collection, data analysis and interpretation, and writing. Results The results are as follows: switch tonon-contact university lectures(Step 1), Preparing for non-contact university lectures(Step 2), adaptation to left-to-right courses(Step 3), Maturity of non-contact university lectures(Step 4), Settlement of non-contact university lectures(Step 5). In the process, first, preparedness, second, new possibilities and continuous efforts, third, the importance of environmental conditions, and fourth, the growth of professors and students were reflected. Conclusions Based on these findings, this study will serve as a basic material for the role of a professor who will operate a non-contact lecture as it provides examples of the courses experienced by a professor at a university. And by reflecting on the empirical process of solving the problems faced in non-face-to-face lectures, it will be possible to present both educational limitations of non-contact lectures, new possibilities, and practical alternatives.
