사범계열 졸업자의 대학생활 및 노동시장 성과 변화

국문 초록

목적 이 연구는 사범계열 졸업자의 대학생활 및 노동시장 성과가 어떠한 변화를 보이고 있는지 분석하는 데 목적이 있었다. 방법 한국고용정보원의 대졸자직업이동경로조사 자료 중 2019GOMS의 사범계열 졸업자 728명과 10년 전 자료인 2009GOMS의 사범계열 졸업자 552명의 자료를 활용하였고, 빈도분석, 기술통계, 위계적 회귀분석 방법을 활용하여 대학생활 변화, 노동시장 성과 변화, 노동시장 성과 영향요인 변화를 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 사범계열 졸업자의 대학생활 변화 분석 결과, 대학 및 전공 선택 이유 중 내적 동기보다는 외적 동기로 인한 전공 선택 비율이 다소 증가하였고, 진로선택 및 취업준비 프로그램 참여, 직업교육훈련 경험 등 취업준비 관련 경험 비율이 증가하였으며, 교원임용시험 경험 비율은 감소하였으나, 9급 공무원시험 비율은 증가하였다. 둘째, 사범계열 졸업자의 노동시장 성과 변화 분석 결과, 경제활동 비율은 감소하였고, 재학 중 취업목표로 계획한 직업 및 직장 달성 비율은 감소하였으며, 진출 직업 또한 학교 교사로 진출한 비율이 다소 감소하였다. 셋째, 사범계열 졸업자의 노동시장 성과 영향요인 변화 분석 결과 직무만족과 전공 일치에 모두 정적인 영향을 미쳤던 변인은 교육과정 만족도와 직업교육훈련 경험이었다. 결론 사범계열 졸업자의 대학생활 및 노동시장 성과가 어떠한 변화를 보이고 있는지 분석하여 기초자료를 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있고, 사범계열 재학생 및 졸업자를 대상으로 대학생활 및 노동시장 성과에 관련한 후속 연구를 수행하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The study purposed to analyze the changes in university life and labor market performance of secondary teacher education graduates. Methods Among the data of the Korea Employment Information Service's The Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey, 728 graduates of 2019 GOMS and 552 graduates of 2009 GOMS 10 years ago were used, changes in university life, labor market performance, and factor influencing labor market performance were analyzed using frequency analysis, desciptive statistics, and hierarchical regression analysis methods. Results First, as a result of analyzing the change in university life of secondary teacher education graduates, the proportion of university and major selection due to external motivation rather than internal motivation increased slightly, the proportion of job preparation such as career selection and job preparation program participation, and vocational education and training increased, the proportion of experience in the teacher employment examination decreased but the proportion of 9th grade civil service examination increased. Second, as a result of analyzing the change in labor market performance of secondary teacher education graduates, the proportion of economic activity decreased, the proportion of job achievement planned as a job goal while attending school decreased, and the proportion of entering a school teacher also decreased slightly. Third, as a result of analyzing the changes in labor market performance influencing factors of secondary teacher education graduates, the variables that had a positive effect on both job satisfaction and major congruence were curriculum satisfaction and vocational education and training experience. Conclusions It is meaningful that basic data were provided by analyzing the changes in university life and labor market performance of secondary teacher education graduates, and it is necessary to conduct follow-up studies in university life and labor market performance for secondary teacher education students and graduates.
